Honestly, Jeffry needs to be protected at all costs! The way he burst in tears when he found out she intended to die and how he has treated her ever since ughhhh all of this makes my heart hurt because she'll probably end up with the demon king ( his last words felt like a premonition)...

I had to check if it's still ongoing or not because I've read mangas where chapters end with "“at least that’s what I thought” or some variation of that and it could mean:

- shit is about to hit the fan so fasten your seatbelts for the rocky ride (ongoing manga)

- The mangaka just felt poetic and wanted to add a somewhat angsty last line just for the heck of it (completed manga)

-sometimes it feels like a line lost in translation as in the mangaka means "those are my feelings" or somthing like that and it gets an ominous feeling in english when it gets translated to "that's what i thought" especially with emphasis on the past tense.

I suppose for this, it's going to be the first option seeing as it's ongoing...unless it has only more extras n whcih case it'd be the third option

I hope this ends well and it turns out she just wanted to have a single day being a mother and she is the one who rang the doorbell to return the kid. Even in that scenario she is still a bad person who took the kid from his grandma and made everyone distressed but it's better than the worst case scenario where she has to die because she doesn't want to let go of the kid.

Honestly, I'm surprised the drama is lasting this long. I thought having the kid after all those hardships is the end of the story

this is so cringy. He's an old ass adult and he keeps bullying her by messing up her marriage prospects just because he loves her ? I can let this pass if it was an otome game kinda setting and they were kids but fucking hell he's a grown ass man who can't confess or ask her hand for marriage and instead makes her miserable and die alone every time ?

I just skimmed through the LN and it's boring as fuck ! I hope the manga is better or else I'd have to drop it

This is stupid. So he wants to marry the female MC for her power and knowledge yet he is still being intimate with another guy ?? What kind of fuckery is this ? And the female MC is just as idiotic.

I love yaoi but that doesn't mean I want my husband to cheat on me with a guy, that's common sense. All of this is too stupid and makes no sense.
The mangaka just wanted to please everyone by making an isekai story with a knowledgeable MC and added the yaoi element ... this ends up pissing people off instead of appealing to them. I know it pisses me off and I like isekai and knowledgeable mc and yaoi seperately but this bullshit doesn't work

Chapter 1 is absolute garbage. Instead of talking to her in private he chose to humiliate her in public and break her heart but hey it's all good because "he loves her and wanted her to act spoiled" ? Fuck you!!!
The other stories are all good with me. I especially love chapter 3.
I didn't mind chapter 4 for wanting to break the "princely prince" thing but they went too far to make extra unattractive and old looking which I didn't care for

I don't like the male MC at all. Like someone else pointed out, he's like a kid bullying the girl he likes but being as old as he is is just annoying instead of being cute

welp that's life dude. You can't be chased forever. There's a certain point of no return in everyone's feelings so even if she did truly love you, you never looked her way and even kept on misunderstanding and demonizing her so serves you right

This deserves an anime but I kinda lost hope in the animation of webtoons and manhwas I love when they didn't animate black haze back when it was super popular (it's on indefinite hiatus now).
