I dont think they'll kill him. O think this might have aome sort of backstory like "the semes mother died so now he belives all omegas will die" or something like that. That or the omegas nowadays are weaker thanks to the cirua or somethng and that'll kill them after giving birth. But I dont really know sience I havent read the raw.
No I think it’s more like since they were creating the omegas to just give birth..after Rain gives birth his “role” I guess in a sense will be fulfilled so he will no longer be needed? That’s what I am thinking so far..

I don't read this manwha so I don't know the plot but I just wanted to say "Liebling" is more like a pet name. Normally you say it to your girlfriend, husband (etc.) But often parents call their kids "Liebling" too. It's somehow translated in "Sweetheart" I think? Sooo you say that to someone you love treasure. Maybe know it's somehow related to the plot?
