the FL is so fine omg. like girl if doyen doesn’t confess i will! also i find adorable how she always seemed stoic to him yet as their relationship progressed he found out she’s a ball of sunshine who knows how to stand her ground.
if you think about it, ginger could’ve been the stereotypical nice but dumb FL who clumsily catches the MLs attention but she is so much more than that. her reason for wanting izana was to one up her rival and she doesn’t let anyone walk all over her. she recognized her feelings for izana from the start and even rejected hamel clearly after hearing his feelings. she’s a great character.

Honestly, all of the characters have veeeery great depth to them. They all have reason, very human in a way where they're not all the same but are individualistic, and the two MLs are mature too! I love this cast
i wonder why people excuse things like saying he’ll rape her and the fact that he hit her as something that happened such a long time ago. the manga was serialized in 2009 and it’s only been 12 years. i don’t recall abuse and rape jokes ever being ok to anyone besides guys. i’ll tell anyone who likes this to get some standards and know yourself worth. character development shouldn’t come from falling in love as a grown ass man.

i’m actually not surprised at how the romance is developing. they are both grown adults over the age of 20 who are more in tune with their emotions and see each other quite often. they are both attractive and in judiths case she’s being showered with gifts and attention. i don’t think she loves him but she obviously has a crush. now rudiger is a himbo with no brain cells but he most definitely likes judith.
this webcomic is undoubtedly sad but more bittersweet than anything. the most accurate depictions of love i’ve ever seen. sure it has its flaws but it gives you all the right feelings and never misses a beat in delivery. i liked the ending because it’s hopeful and spoilers ahead

judging from the raws hari was an integral part of the cult and is the daughter of an important figure. she did a lot of bad as a child which i don’t fault her for since she was a brainwashed child but i find it interesting how the author built up to reveal. great storytelling.

all this discourse on which man is hotter but i haven’t seen anyone appreciate how much of a well written character roxanna is. in most other manhwas female characters are expected to uphold traditionally feminine values and be a self sacrificial type. that’s fine it they have their own set of goals and motivations but if they have a “villainous” or terrible family they are almost always expected to try and appease them while simultaneously being this beacon of light and hope. the character in itself is supposed to heal the male characters around her. in roxannas case she joins in on the evil her family does and is inherently selfish with how she acts which i find refreshing.
young roxanna was naive and thought that by just laying low she and her mother and brother could survive. in reality to beat the agriches she had to join them and plot and become even more terrible than they are. i like that her goal to survive isn’t just to sit still and look pretty but to plot and scheme and use the people around her as pawns. she’s a proper villain and even more manipulative than the rest of her family since she can understand human emotions. even past roxanna tore down her family slowly for what they put her through by manipulating those around her and i find that very powerful.
I believe theres a double standard with how people treated the ML in the first season to the FL in the second season. Obviously both are demons that feed off of sex but the ML in the first season actively had sex with the confused FL but the FL for this season keeps it all in dreams. You can’t be acting conservative while actively reading a smut manhwa and get surprised at a literal succubus only wanting to have sex cause it’s her food... like isn’t that manhwa you chose to read??? it’s literally in the title Sweet Dreams.
