Last time I saw the raws, in the last chapter, Raymond ditched the woman on the day of their wedding and escaped(?) with Ian.
I commented here long ago and ppl back then still justified that Raymond did nothing wrong since he let Ian know about his plan(revenge thingy) and besides it was his goal to get revenge in the first place (bec of his past), but honestly to me, it's unjustifiable. Get revenge now and then talk to me later, that's what Ian should've done. Technically, Raymond was still two timing and he expected Ian to be ok with it? Whether it's pretending or not, it's still two-timing. IMO it's better if they had just broken up first and waited until the revenge but no, they can't satiate their libido and now only Ian suffers from it. Now I see ppl saying Raymond deserved the bad things that are happening to him. I agree, but what I don't like is that he doesn't even bat an eye to Ian's disappearance. Sigh. Yes, they will "end" up together but I don't consider that the ending cause it's impossible for the storyline to have this ending. My goodness Ian, at least have some pride and leave him. It's not ur fault that he got hurt in the past, he has no reason to just vent on u bec it's not ur fault. Yes, some ppl heal with their lovers but this is too much. If Raymond isn't ready, he shouldn't have implicated Ian and now he's entangled unfairly with Raymond's mess. Ian, you have already endured so much, that's enough. I wish you'd just leave him for real. We can't get all the good things in life, either revenge first or love first, if not, then have nothing.
I feel bad for the author that this webtoon has become so popular that there are so many fans who nitpick on everything. I've seen mangas with plot like this before and luckily, social media activists haven't existed yet at that time. Sure being popular makes you feel good, but pressure is not to be triffled with, also, you can't write what you want anymore since the "fans" keep telling you what to write. Sure, fans are essential, and it's worthwhile to listen to them for the plot once in a while, but that doesn't mean that the author should listen to everything the fans say. Why write if you don't even like what's going on with your story? It's your story after all.
Anyways, I feel really good that we're already here. Finally, Seungho!
Idk why, but the art is giving me hentai vibes. *covers eyes* Don't get me wrong, it's pretty and very rare as compared with typical webtoons. The art is kinda like Japanese CGI even, it's good and gives different vibes, perfect for a vampire setting, but for some reason it remidns me of hentai omg. Hahahaha.

I feel like the childhood friend is Candy, it's just that he has the same name with Yunjae. They peolly didn't see each other very much when they were kids and met again as HS students and Hajun thought itș his childhood friend. Well this is just a speculation lol
At first I was SO sure that it's Candy. Now m just bamboozled
Read the raws
Spoiler (I don't know Korean but from what I see...)

Candy is the childhood friend, when Hajun (child) got hit because of him, he hit his head and when he got out of hospital, he immediately saw Yunjae (curly haired guy) and saw the scar on his wrist. He immediately thought itș Candy because of the scar (since he saw Candy having blood on his wrist on the day of the accident) plus his head got a little affected due to the accident. And they didn't show Candy in their childhood after that so I'm guessing that's the time he moved that's why Hajun didn't know he got the wrong person.
Ok there's a spoiler there, if u wanna see just tap the plus sign. It's barely noticeable so I had to. Lol
Woah that's awesome. Can't wait to read the translated version. Thanks for telling me! ^^
