First, because there were quite some mistranslations here and there. For example, the part where little kousaka confessed "because my mother fell from the stairs". When you go more into the chapters, that sentence smhow feels out of place. But if you hear the drama cd, it was actually "because my mom pushed me off the stairs", which actually makes sense why he was afraid of height and his mother.
2nd,this story actually took place in Osaka, and everyone here uses Osaka dialect. And of course, the drama cd is in the cute Osaka dialect too u know! (yup, i'm a fan of osaka-ben..teehee!). And if you read without the drama cd, you might miss the fact that they are living in Osaka.
Lastly, just hear the drama cd. You'll get to hear Genji's cute Osaka accent, and the hot scenes will become hotter = heaven~ lol

I just found out that there is another sequel: K sensei no furachina junai, released 2years ago. I read the japanese raws already, it was sweet~ but i wonder why it is still not being scanlate. Well I can help translating the manga if anyone's willing to edit the raws :)

The raws are the original japanese version of the manga, even if kuranosuke translates them the japanese writing has to be edited out and replaced by the translation... which is the bothersome part, cuz it takes time :)
