I'm only at chapter 16, and suddenly I get 4 names I recognize...VERY well. WoW's early game dungeons. Wailing caverns, deadmines, blackfanthom deeps, and Shadowfang keep. Even the level recommendations are fairly accurate. This author has definitely played WoW, or is maybe still playing it. :P
Replying to myself again to say: Chapter 43, and it's a shame. The author clearly played WoW and apparently DFO. But he had no real knowledge about anything. He's just throwing random numbers into the skills and making stuff up. I thought it would be a webtoon where the author was a proper gamer nerd, but I guess he's "just" a regular gamer. :P
I'll reply to you as I also played World of Warcraft on the horde side as an undead warlock up till when lvl 80 was the cap and yeah I recognized all the names maybe the author. Was one of the chinese farmers that ruined the ingame economy and. Never really played it. There were tons of them so it was ridiculous.
I'm only on chapter 70 so far, but this is the first time I feel like an author actually managed to portray a crazy person. Like yea Zaha has clear goals he pursues and he tends to spare people that deserve a second chance. But his morals flip by the second, his plans are all over the place, and his reasoning is nonsensical. A weird, but fun read so far. :P
Been constantly seeing "hey read this on our own website" for a while now, so decided to try it. Good god is that website a shitshow. Riddled with intrusive ads with tiny close buttons, and constant reminders to "please donate to them". I get it, they scanlate a lot of stuff and need money to keep on going. But good god...a website like that is NOT welcoming to readers at all.
He saved the world, but wanted to "live a normal life". So instead of facing the fact he saved the world like an adult he had Sys erase people's memories and hid away. Which then resulted in people coming after him and having a chance the destroy the world in the process.
He fought the other Qi-bong before in the alternate universe, but instead of dealing with a madman hell-bent on killing everything and having a fixation on other Qi-Bongs, he "didn't want any trouble" and simply left. Resulting in the other Qi-Bong finding a way to follow him to our main universe, causing the death of millions and almost killing everyone he cares about.
Now our MC decided the best way to deal with the other Qi-Bong was to just...leave him in that training dimension? What? The guy's dangerous as all hell and insane, and has an insane version of Sys with him. Even if they're weaker they're still the same people, yet our MCs thought the best course of action was to just...imprison them? And look at where that got us...the...lets call that monster an antivirus maybe? Absorbed both and became far far stronger than he was before, causing issues once again.
When will our MC ever fucking learn? When will he grow the hell up and realize that when you deal with issues, you better deal with them PROPERLY or shit like this keeps happening?!
no offense but are you dumb? blaming completely unforseen events on mc? i agree that wiping everyone’s memories was stupid. but that normalization monster showing up is not mc’s fault just bc he locked the bad guys in their own personal hell. they made it VERY clear that the evil gibong and sys would never be strong enough to escape on their own due to our sys being the system itself. for all anybody knew that normalization monster was dead. it’s return is not the fault of anybody and would have come back at some point even if there wasn’t an evil gibong and sys locked up.
If you really think none of his mistakes could have been foreseen then I fear for your life. Not in the way that I think you'll die, but in the way that I think you'll fuck up your life quite a lot. Even unknowingly maybe. Some basic common sense, pattern recognition, and a bit of foresight would have made any reasonable adult realize the way he dealt with those problems was stupid as hell.
LOL that’s literally just not true. i’m not sure how but you don’t seem to understand how nonsensical and unpredictable these fictional events are. common sense does not apply, not much of a pattern yet, and foresight? don’t make me laugh. the only problem i think he could have any foresight on is choosing to wipe himself from everyone’s memories, a situation with an actually predictable future thanks to movies and tv etc. all of these things are completely outlandish events happening for the first time to anyone ever. if you think you could handle all this fictional bs better then i’m happy for you lol.
Damn that was a boring fight...
-Bad guy: I'm the most powerful, this will kill you! MC: It won't. *lots of orange and blue without either moving*
-Bad guy: You survived...but this next move will kill you! MC: It won't. *lots of orange and blue without either moving*
-Bad guy: That wasn't my most powerful move yet, with this move you will die! MC: I won't. *lots of orange and blue without either moving*
-Bad guy: I can't believe I couldn't kill you, I lost and even though you didn't attack me once I will disappear now. MC: It was bound to happen.
Wtf is this shit... Just 2 guys standing like statues and throwing "energy waves" at each other...
Damn this guy is the very definition of eye for an eye. You tried to kill me? You die. You sent others to try and kill me? You die. You tried to cripple me? I'll cut off your arm or arms.
Normally I'd say that's dangerous as you make way too many enemies this way. But he's so overpowered that it really doesn't matter. :P

She's so weak-willed. She gets kidnapped by Daana and just lets him spout a whole bunch of bullshit without nearly a word in retort. Like...how about that she was put in that body against her will? How about that she just tried to do well as a saintess for a thousand times, but was unjustly vilified, bullied, tortured, and brutally murdered every single time? But no...she just lets him talk about how she's supposedly a vile and sinful soul and eventually goes "I guess you die now."
