I expected it to be childish and uninteresting. To be honest, I actually intended to read a few chapters and quit if I don't find it great.

At the very first chapter, I almost quit then and there but I stayed for respect's sake.
I never expected I'd read it until the latest chapter. It was really good if you give it time.

The concept is unique and interesting. She played not as one of the main characters of the game, but as an advisor. Not the usual female lead, which is the first I've read.

I don't understand how some of the comments under this story thought it's childish and common when it's this interesting. I admit some parts have high schooler vibes but it's reasonable to some extent, so I continued the journey.

There were some plotholes and lack of information, like her family background, or at least how many years her mother was married to each of her husbands and the reason why they divorced.

I also wanted to know about her fellow advisor, the dark magician, and if they were possessed by the villainous dark magician or she IS that person.

The art is good. The character designs are alright. At first it gave high schooler vibes but it grew on me. And the ML is SO FINE. He's 19 but why so hot though

Nah, I'm not gonna read this. Cheating???

No matter how beautiful the art or how good the concept is, Cheating destroys its potential. And you know it.

Not a fan of cheating. I hate cheaters. And I don't want to read something stained in it.

She grown!?? 4 years. I lost 4 years of her growing up

I wasn't ready!!! I really enjoyed the little Leo clinging to the Duke and watch him baby her! Now, she's too old to be carried

I think it's the couple. I don't like them.

The Uke's too narrow-minded, who the hell thinks they can survive through college without a friend or two? Even though we don't like it, we socialize to survive. The other guy was right. Socializing and befriending is not something as easy as a natural ability, it's a skill. It's a good thing he managed to learn about it before the story ended.

I also didn't like the Seme much. He's subconsciously using the Uke to flatter himself, to make him feel good. He never made any effort to be with him as more than just a friend, which made the Uke lonelier than he was already. Prick thinks he could have the Uke whenever he wants and when he wasn't, that's when he realized how wrong he was.

The art is alright. The concept, not so much. Just ticked me off because I don't like the characters much.

In all honesty I would've wanted the other couple more. They're more interesting as characters and I believe it'd be more fun to read their love story instead of this one.

Author should answer my wishes and make them their own story .

I expected to cry. I really did. I didn't expect to cry THIS much. I cried for 3 chapters and I cried some more. Why the hell did they have to include the part where they grew old, one had to die first, leaving the other? I was like, "You left him again!" Had to cry a lot of times. I'm crying even right now!

I didn't like the cowardice of the Seme. I suppose it's understandable since they were together since they were young. They were bound to doubt their relationship. That's the downsides of marrying or dating young. You don't really know if your love is real or you just got swept away by your youth and the years together just ties you down.

I was like, "You hurt Yuki, you coward!" To the Seme. I mean, did you guys see Yuki's eyes?! They were full of life and when Akira said they should break up, the light just went out in his eyes and his face lost all emotions. It hit me real hard how hurt he was.

It's actually pissing me off a bit because the chasing arc wasn't that satisfying. Also, the damage that the Seme did after it all. He hurt not just one person, but also his wife. If he had just talked it out and fixed it with the Uke, he wouldn't have had to involve his ex-wife. Now he's someone who hurt two significant people in his life just because of his fear and selfishness

This was too realistic I cannot not be carried away with my emotions. I'm not gonna read this again unless I want my heart broken!

Anyways, the art is good, the concept is wonderful. So realistic! And the plot is magnificent! It's a golden story with a wholesome plot and I'll be danged if I ever read this again because I'm dehydrating from the tears.

The hell? It's too short for something this heavy!

Frosche79 created a topic of Lion and Venus

The art is good. Character designs, good. The concept is great and the storyline is a little messy, but it's good enough for a short story.

Can you believe it's the 4th story I've read in 2 hours? That's how much I've been craving these short but beautiful stories.

Anyway, another short one. Twas fun while it lasted. Could've had more side stories though. Some authors are just so stingy.

Anyways, I love the story. Another one too short to enjoy. I'm honestly getting tired of these now but I can't stop myself because they're treasures. Treasures that are too small to really enjoy it.

The art was good, the concept too. It's funny how the Seme stomped on the assaulter when the bastard touched the Uke. I mean, it was a hilarious scene. Still, too short

The art is so hot. They're both so FINE. The concept is so unique and so good. It's rare to see a pair who work as investigators. I also love how they're so frank with each other.

We're not looking at an Omega who's a damsel in distress nor an Alpha who's so possessive of his partner. Frankly, they're both cool characters. It's almost a miracle to see them get along as lovers.

I wanted to see more! I wanted to see their wedding and their babies and how they'd fare as a family! Can't believe they didn't even bless us with side stories, are you fricking kidding me!

Didn't like the art much. It's not that it's bad, it's just not my type.

The story's alright. It's simple and suits the pace. Just that I didn't like the Seme's personality. He seems like he says other people care a lot about Alphas and their capabilities that's why he keeps putting himself down like that, but in reality that's what he thinks. He thinks that people actually prefer dominant and strong alphas instead of an average one like him, which is why he kept rejecting the Uke even though he's sincere.

I also didn't like the lack of backstory in the characters. They only mention some things but not enough to be relevant to the story. We didn't even get to meet the parents or meet their kids, which us a bummer.

Anyway, it's not a masterpiece, it's not that good, and it's not great in art and and story. Not here to roast the story, but that's just how I feel.

But I still liked the story. A lot of holes and gaps and has less information that any other story I've ever read. But it's such a simple story that you'd get it despite the lack of detail.

Anyway, it's a good read. Despite the lack of detail and information. Needs more work but definitely has potential.

Frosche79 created a topic of Like a Sugar

I really have a hard time reading ones that have multiple stories because they are mostly unrelated to each other so they're not really interesting because there's no story connecting them. This one has, and I'm so happy about it.

I love the stories of each couple, actually it's too short to even enjoy . I wanted moreeeeee. It's also funny how each of the characters interact and that every character is being shown in the other characters' story. That's what I said. They're all connected with each other and that's what makes it more interesting to watch because you can still see them in the other stories, interacting with the present couples.

I think other stories better take a note of this. Not interested in just a simple spinoff of some random guy the first character bumped into, but someone they're close to.

It interests me more and it prevents any confusion when they start a new story under the same story title.

Frosche79 created a topic of Furenaide Ritorusuta

I know it's not incest in the literal sense, just that it feels weird to fall in love with someone who treated you and you treat as a son/father. Granted, the Seme probably didn't see him as a father, but the Uke sure did.

Also, the age gap is so confusing. Some of the comments said that they're 17 years apart, when I clearly remember the friend, Hirino?, mentioning that the Uke is too young to be his father. So he's basically 25 years old when they first met? (If we choose the 17 year gap).

For me that's not too young at all. Just enough, I think, to father an 8 year old. It just didn't align with what the friend said. I also didn't see anything in the story that indicated they're 17 years apart so I'm not sure because he hella looks young when they met over ten years back.

Anyways, if they're happy that's all that matters. I appreciate the art, but the story, not so much. Too short to have any depth in it and too incomplete to enjoy.

Frosche79 created a topic of My Half-Baked Esper

Concept is good. Art is good, except for the Seme. His personality aside, his looks really creep me out. He looks and acts like a seme but wears and acts like an uke at the same time. It's weird because he's so tall and lanky, yet at times he looks like he's buff, like when he wore a tux. It's just so unbalanced.
Dear artist, if you want a buff and tall Seme or a small and thin Seme, just pick one! Don't make a mix of both, he honestly looks like a hybrid!

Also, I didn't enjoy reading it because of how unhealthy the Seme's love for the Uke is. I even skipped the smex scenes because I was so disturbed by their relationship.

Granted, there's a reason why he doesn't want the Uke to go back as an active esper, but that doesn't justify him manipulating the organization to keep him in the desk, gaslight him into thinking he's worthless, and keep his body in that state for 11 years. ELEVEN YEARS! Uke had to endure the ankle pain for over a decade and adding the stress, discrimination, and insecurities, it's just not healthy.

The best and normal thing he should've done is to talk to the Uke about his concerns and how afraid he was that Uke's gonna die. At least then, the Uke would still have the opportunity to make the decision himself instead of letting the Seme decide for him.

Like, this is peak toxicity if I haven't seen one. It's because he kept this up for 11 years. Not a mere 1 or 5, but over a decade of lying and gaslighting. It made me sick to the stomach. That's eleven years he's never gonna get back again.

The Uke is weird too because he lets this happen! It's also partly his fault that the Seme's obsessed with him. He let this happen and let himself be fooled all because he's a slave to the kid's looks. Pathetic.
If I were him and I find out that he's been manipulating everything around me, I'd be so creeped and disgusted I wouldn't be able to trust him again.

That's what a normal person would feel. But this one's a whole other level of an enabler. He let things slide as if 11 years of ridicule, stress, and lying is just a childish prank. I'd be so suffocated I won't be able to stay anywhere near that creep ever again.

I don't know about other people, but this isn't healthy. Don't blind yourself and think that this is a sweet and romantic story just because of the art and the ending.
It's not, honey. Don't be manipulated into thinking this story is normal.

Like, I'm not even gonna complain because they're obviously satisfied with each other.

I didn't like this one much because they're affecting other people. I mean, by all means, go crazy for each other. Hurt each other and then have wild sex afterwards. Just don't involve other people to your insane love language. They're in a band and are involved with other people, there's bound to be individuals other than themselves around them so it's not healthy if they continue dragging other people onto their relationship.

It ain't hot. It sure as hell ain't funny either. I'm out.

They're both sick. Really sick.
Like, I'm not even gonna complain because they're obviously satisfied with each other.
One of the purest red flag x red flag couple I've ever read in my life. I don't think I'll ever see another one where a toxic tag is somehow getting along with fluff.

Frosche79 created a topic of Princess Shuden

The art was good, honestly I loved the art in the first season more than the recent art but it's still okay.
I love the character designs, the characters itself were good. Especially the FL. She's such a sweetheart I fell for her and she's been my angel since.

The concept is good. It's not as uncommon to have an FL who regressed and someone else as the transmigrator. To think she'd be friends with the transmigrator too and that this story is not originally a novel so there are no original leads. I liked that.

I also like the ML's backstory. His story at the first life was so sad because he had to kill his own brother but it's a good thing that in the second one he didn't, and without the FL's direct interference too!

The only things I found weird here is that there are many plotholes. Like, they never really explained what a sacrificial bride is and why they're being looked down on when in fact they are the partner of the Saintess that rarely appears. Like, they're being discriminated against and are called "sacrificial". Is there anything the temple is hiding? Why call them "sacrificial" in the first place when they're supposed to be the strength behind the Saintess? I don't get it.

Also, it appears that they rushed the climax part. I didn't enjoy the part where they defeated the villains. I don't know, I expected a lot because of the build up but they didn't reach them. I wasn't satisfied because the villains weren't as clever as they made them out to be and I don't know if they rushed the ending or not because the plot wasn't as good even when they got this many chapters.

The part where the FL got poisoned instead of the ML and the ML had to go through lengths to save her wasn't interesting to me. Like, they made the story this long, put a lot of elements, but they sucked at the story because they it all lacked heart. You get me?

In my opinion, they should've focused more on the treason and rebellion part instead of adding more elements to the story. Or focused on the coma part, at least focus on one of them because they lacked depth and weight to the story when they added more to it.

Okay, NOW I don't like the story as much because I ranted for too long. I genuinely liked the first season. I don't know why but I think the story didn't look and feel as genuine in the later season. The art was one thing, then the plot. Seriously, they didn't even give much effort on the villains because they weren't as good as they made them out to be.

Anyways, that's all. It was fun at first but now, the ending didn't live up to the hype of the first part.
