Rudiger can't understand his own emotions because usually he doesn't like most women other than his mom, and now judith. And Judith unconsciously liked Rudiger, but is just now admitting it to herself, but she knows she cant have him because she thinks that Rudiger sees Judith as a duty as lucas' mom-aunt and that he treats every noble woman like this. So, i keep imagining that the saint will be continue to belittle her studies as a saint and only pursues her pwn interests instead of her duty as a saintess. But the kingdom can't have that and they try to reason with her but gets scared or soft hearted whenever they do talk to her. Then the king or the creepy knight old dude will conclude that since the mc and the saintess are from the same the maybe he can reason with her.

The mc is obviously bothered by this because it disrupts his work time. But if he can finish his talk with the saintess quickly then he could go back working. So he goes to talk with the saintess, in order to quickly end their convo the mc keeps on dropping facts, on how what she would do after her duty as a saintess is fulfilled, what about her family and friends, does she plan to grow old in this world without seeing her loved ones again, what will be her purpose after being saintess, talks about her behavior on how she is a ditzy bitch, how the lives of the kingdom depend on her, how she isn't taking her position so seriously, asks her if she ever thought of the repercussions if she didn't perform well as a saintess, and finally asks her if she wants to go back or stay here in the kingdom.

With all this fact bombs dropped, she then cries.
