That's true. I'm not certain Starr is the same age but even if he is older, August has clearly been killing before the orphanage massacre as there was news stories about it in the flashbacks. The author seems to be setting him up as a red herring. I'd be very surprised if he was the killer.

I think people who Dokja can't get a character list on are considered "real" like Gilyoung, Sangah etc. Though I guess in a way at this moment both 'real' and 'character' people are in the same dangerous world and situation so it doesn't really matter all that much now.
