Tbh, before they mentioned abo, I thought the love interest was simply talking about the mcs natural scent. Like everybody has a unique body scent to them and I thought he found the mcs as particularly relaxing. I think the story would still work if the author operated on these grounds.
The 1st couple is going through the My Suha plotline while the 2nd couple, more hope is lost for the chance that Jin will be gentle with Jian. I need Jian to run away man.

Of a seemingly stoic love interest and then you realize there's so much feelings theyre processing, but are just good at hiding it. At least readers are not left too much in the dark in figuring out what's up.
