This author has a way of writing that makes you dislike the story from time to time so much.
Like other people commented, I’m this close of dropping it but for different reasons. It’s driving me crazy the self gaslighting that Rix is doing. This new Nuah did deceive him. For his own personal reasons. And here it is Rix blaming himself for that? Yeah he also stayed next to this Nuah to feel a little bit of the old Nuah. He held onto straws alright. But that doesn’t make the new Nuah any less responsible of his schemes.
This author has a way of writing that makes you feel everybody’s wrongdoings are oh so pure. If it was a different author everybody would be cursing at this Nuah for taping Rix. But no. Somehow people see all of this as pure and sweet? And that’s disturbing.
I’m only holding onto this story in hopes of the Old Nuah to awake. That’s all.
I just realized I’ve been reading this story for FOUR YEARS
I’ve done this and more years with many yaoi manga bc they tend to be longer due to their monthly releases. And with 19 days by Old Xian that I’ve been reading for over a decade. But I never thought I would grow attached to a manwha for so many years the way I grew attached to this one. I think Fate Makes no Mistakes holds a special place in my heart because it’s such a complete story.
This should have been longer I could have read two seasons of this. Easily. It’s not fair
I am so confused. I thought the adopted son was black haired guy and I thought he was Minjae. And there were three sons in total. But apparently Minjae is the red haired guy and HE is the adopted son and black hair guy is just a guy the chairman took care of but never really adopted? Because if that’s not the case then Minjae (red hair guy) and black hair guy are some sort siblings? If both were adopted? And it turns out there’s two siblings related by blood and two adopted ones?

Both are adopted I guess... maybe this is why the black haired dude said he felt some kind of kinship due their similar circumstances... I think only both of them are the adopted sons (from different families ofc)
Really. I’m tired. This author has the habit of making Rix sleep around with as many people as he can and we all here waiting for the original Nuah and Rix to have a happy ending. I’ve been so patient. But i just can’t get used to this. Even though is Nuah’s body. It’s not him. And we can feel that. It still feels like Rix is cheating. I don’t care about all this feelings and development ever since the original Nuah disappear. I understand the story. I just don’t like the direction it took. That’s all.
i mean he's only slept with Nuah. there were those 2 incidents where he was almost raped but nothing happened. and a couple of episodes back the gold lizard divine beast made it seem like the original Nuah isn't completely gone, he has to realize something (his original feelings) for the original to come back. Well that's what it felt like they hinted at
I grew very fond of this manwha. I’ve finished it months ago but I’m glad they continued to upload it. I’m just sad that some people are missing on the spicy scenes that are really chef kiss. The one thing though is that if one day you plan to read this all over again, you will realized the art style changed at least 5 times during the story. And wait until the 6 extras. They look like two completely different characters.
I just loved how Taeju is absolutely whipped with Dojin. They’re crazy for each other and Taeju is no even embarrassed to dive into all sort of perversion with Dojin. In fact, the more perverted and possessive Dojin is, the more whipped Taeju gets for him. I love this dynamic so much!
Same!! He takes in (literally and figuratively) everything Dojin gives him. He accepts it without a problem I love it
I have a feeling that Zin’s mother was part of royalty. Let me cook and be delusional for a second. Zigrien’s dad has an illegitimate child with a woman of the royal family. And since Laurent wanted to eliminate everybody in the family that could pose a threat to him, he found out about this and sent people to kidnap and kill Zigrien. Idris, to save him, probably had to kill Zigrien’s mother.
And this is what Laurent means with “would wh respect you if he knew what you did?” And Laurent has allowed Zigrien to live because Idris followed with and killed Zigrien’s mom and then everybody pretended that Zigrien was just the bastard son of a marques. Since the mother was dead, there could be no way to prove that Zigrien also has royal blood. So, that’s why Idris keeps protecting Zin, because if the truth comes out, then Laurent would not hesitate in killing Zin, who by having royal blood, could pose a threat to the throne for him.
One thing is for sure, I get the strong feeling that Captain Idris was the one who killed Zigrien Mother. Not because he wanted to kill her, but because he was tasked to kill her by the order decree from The Crown Prince...

To be honest I just want this to end.
I read the novel and after they realized their feelings and this happened, this story went from appealing, interesting and edgy to completely boring and corny. I know a lot of people are gonna disagree. But this was a waste of my time. Im not into this kind of corny and sissy wholesome stories. I want the old plot. It was way more interesting and attractive.

Yoonwi is 704. Euneon is the past self of Eunjae
And Hooseoung is the ancestor of San. The only one who live in this era and is present in the contemporary time is Geumsung and 704 who lost all his memories once he was taken in by Yama and made a reaper. This story is the past. Is how everything started and explains why Geumsung has acted the way he has and why he has such a stormy relationship with 704. 704 as a human, as Yoonwi was extremely fond of Geumsung. It’s implicit that he loved Geumsung. But once a human becomes a reaper they get rid of all human emotions. So, even though 704 feels drawn to Geumsung, he doesn’t know what happened before he became a reaper. This story is Geumsung telling him how it all started and what actually happened between them.
Plus this isn’t “the second couple's story” the author has said countless times that this story has FOUR main characters. So, no one is taking attention from no one.
The story started with the feeling of responsibility Geumsung had for protecting Yoonwi (704) and the prophecy that the four of them were the ones who would end Hwan

Nobody is denying that but this is just dragging at this point, no wonder people forget about certain story elements
Just one thing: how do you know that Euneon is Eunjae? it was said somewhere? It seems I missed that scene
Because this is a story with over a hundred chapters with actual plot. It’s not just a BL romance with couples drama. So, if people are looking for more romantic moments or sex between the characters, of course you’re gonna feel is dragging because is not the MAIN focus of the story.
This. Yes. Idk what people are saying is dragging because everything shown so far has been very relevant to the whole plot. We're being given the pieces to the puzzle and everything is tying together. So idk what they find dragging
