Its so sad and terrifying to read how detached and cold Brett is while doing a rape kit and describing his sexual assault. Unfortunately it's also a very realistic and common response. I also really appreciate that the author didn't use an entire chapter to draw very detailed and graphic rape scenes. It gives you sad hints and flashbacks about it so you can imagine what happened, while not committing to draw back to back multiple panels about it. Very detailed scenes of sexual assault are completely unnecessary in any type of media, directors and writers use them exclusively to cater those type of disgusting fantasies, good writers are able to describe an assault, make the public distressed about it and represent and validate victims without showing extremely explicit and graphic rape scenes.

I remember I read the raws of this a long time ago and now that officials are out I'm rereading it and yeah I'm still of the same opinion... It's really no one's fault. Both Doha and Siwoon did things that lead to their break up and everything that happened afterwards. But how can anyone blame them? They were high school kids. Am I supposed to blame Doha all because he is a kid and he doesn't want to and can't handle Siwoon's trauma and emotional baggage? He tried so hard too. Then am I supposed to blame Siwoon, who has never gotten this type of love ever in his life and doesn't know how to express it normally and still finds it hard at 25+? He's just an abused and neglected kid who ended up being completely dependent on the one person who loved him. Or are we blaming the girl who was sad that the kid she liked left her birthday party and said mean shit to Siwoon, making him lose his rationality? It was a shitty and petty move yeah but she's a goddamn kid and she apologised too, how is their breakup her fault, she couldn't possibly have known Siwoon was obsessed and paranoid I know it wasn't his fault at all but she even fell down the stairs and could've been really serious, give her some slack.
Also I'm really really glad and happy that the author is leading Siwoon's story and making him find happiness by himself with others, not being all dependent of Doha and repeating the same mistakes all over again. The birthday party really helped settling this down, Siwoon thought again he would have only Doha for his birthday and was already upset that it seemed like Doha forgot and was ignoring him but nope, because this time he has friends that love him and want to spend time with him too! Super lovely ahhh
