Sea An is trying to hurt himself not woo won, that's why woo won was telling him to stop, he could've stopped it at any second like we saw at the end if the chapter, but he just wants to understand why Sea an is angry, people are way too oversensitive, go preach about it under other VERY OBVIOUS manhwas with rape.
One thing that people lack of is understanding, especially on those who is suffering psychologically. And it's much harder on those people who just sees everything and can't even do anything but to just understand, be patient and hold on to until the storm dies down.

If we’re basing our views off of things we know from our own experiences, or just from our knowledge, it’s a myth that mentally ill people rape because they cannot help themselves, (not saying thats what ur saying im just using an example) in fact, most people who are mentally ill are more likely to be the victim than the perpetrator, due to their mental illness, and most likely their vulnerability. IT IS RAPE! By definition rape is non-consensual intercourse. Ww has not once voiced that he wanted to have sex with seoan in this chapter. Just because it doesn't fit the usual image of rape that we see doesn't mean it isn't! Seoan might be doing it to hurt himself but ww did not say yes to have intercourse also being mentally ill only justifies your action, it doesn't excuse them.
