I find his action so much more meaningful how he did that when she (probably) willingly chose to do this. She’s a victim in a completely different but not so different way and I’m hella glad that he did this. Women in the industry are extremely pressured to do this and often have a glass wall forced on them (or the illusion of) and are told that to climb higher and achieve their dream it’s the only thing they can do. The fact that he didn’t want people to let them describe her with words that did not match he trueness and that he recognizes she’s an ambitious and hard working actress who loves her job more than anything is
Women in the industry need to be saved from feeling like they need to give themselves away for the sake of achieving their goals. The pressure and glass wall is a disgusting part of the showbiz culture.

I can assure you there's no love triangle. There's the main couple and then there's this guy trying to ruin their relationship. The mc is not attracted to anyone except his bf. There's a lot of angst and drama but no love triangle since the mc doesn't hesitate to choose one of the two
Tbh the cover is quite misleading. This is no love triangle imo, and I wouldn’t be reading this if it was since I can’t stand love triangles either. There is a clear distinction of who the ml is and who the mc loves. I wouldn’t say the main cast is toxic except for this one dude that people could mistake as the other “love rival” from the cover, but he’s in fact just a raging piece of waste of space.
I wouldn’t say this is angsty but it does get frustrating. It starts off really good, so I recommend if you’re not sensitive to kidnapping and rape(not done by the ml tho).
The main couple is actually very much in love and cute tho, they just deserve a bit better down the line. I think it would be worth the read just for the mains :)

Ikr?! From the Duke rescued Jace and Noah, he's been pretty clear (at least to me) about his feelings. Although I will admit that the drug that Jace was given on that horrible day, may have affected him more than we know.
