No, they just want him to be the leader for Team King (King's Faction), just like the mama's boy is head of Team Raoul (Raoul's Faction). As for why he hates MC, we don't know yet. He's new in the story

For the side couple (the glasses guy and the other three) I think it would be good if the girlfriend of the glasses guy and the boyfriend of the short haired girl with tattoos got together like if their partners did cheat they got mad but came together like fl and ml and started to develop feelings for each other like fl and ml.
I read the raws and the art has improved SO much like damn not the seme is actually handsome like he's bat shit crazy and a shit person but at least he's handsome also the uke looks a little bit older like in the 1st season he looked like a literal child (like 10 years old at max) but now he looks like a teen (18ish) to a young adult like hell yeah. To be honest I don't really think Lee Won loves loves Caesar like I think it's more of a Stockholm syndrome type of "love" if you know what I mean because when the dad asked Lee Won if he was happy with Caesar he although didn't say he wasn't he also didn't say he was so I think his feelings more so stem from all of the shit he has been though (I mean Caesar literally shit him because he was leaving and what's worse he RAPED him for not a hour, not a day, not even a week it was 8 days straight of constant rape it didn't matter if Lee Won was awake or passed out, Caesar still kept going, also Lee Won wasn't even healed yet so combine the pain from the shit wounds and the rape his body is constantly being tortured. Why didn't fl tell the sister/brothers wife? Like girl do you want your brother to turn into your husband 2.0 like you saw him cheat so be a girl's girl and tell the wife especially when she was nothing but nice to you. And IF they DO divorce when it's revealed that the red/brown haired girl was a witch all along and was working for the royal family then the brother can marry his wife again or stop the divorce (if she leaves).
