So if the publisher (i mean the one that licensed the manga) Got to know who spread their licensed material, and theyve got a knack to sue, then they could sue like taking down the scantalator’s webpage. I dunno if they can sue the actual person, like the owner of the page in real life and if theres a jail thing or compensation fee.

I think it's very likely that Sanji left his land to be a cook and find the All Blue. His life was probably planned and he's the type of person who would want to take his own decisions about his own life. It's also probable that he disliked his family's values or culture, he doesn't seem fond of the Vinsmoke...

That is what Oda is trying to achieve perhaps..did you notice that when luffy first landed on zou, he calls everyone's names and then caesar's in a small voice..there's more stuff like that to make caesar more likeable i guess...but i'll never forgive that useless guy, he plays with innocent children's lives and does whatever he's told as long as he's threatened, disgusting cowardly creature..I loathe him.
Well base on that i wont too. Though i think caesar intelligence is being pampered, kind of spoiled, that he wont hesitate for whatever to achieve his research goal. Typical Scientist.
