I always got the feeling that Lisbeth is weird as hell, and most likely was the one responsible for turning Slan into slave in the first place. And she just has guilty conscience...and Lister probably doesnt even has that and thinks it was "the right thing to do" (betraying slan)

Lisbeth was never trying to protect slan, it was all abt her brother. the day slan became a slave, Lister was the one who allowed the attack into the karlac manor. Lisbeth knew she was ill, and if her brothers actions also came to light, she knew Glenberg would have to go to her son who isnt rlly fit for that position, so she knew she had to protect lister.

“She lied to me, saying she was using your medicine properly, while secretly making deals with the Duke of Karlac to toy with your memory." is what ML tells slan.

Also lister is a fucking bitch because when he brings mc with him to Glenberg for their marriage, he tries to touch mc multiple times and also brings up the day when mc was declared a slave and how other men touched mc, degrading him, etc and just bringing up past trauma

ALSO later on lister even has the audacity to confess to mc but he gets killed after so.. thats that.

No im pretty sure mc doesnt actually have intercourse with anyone else. Lister tries to convince mc to sleep with him when theyre in glenberg but mc refuses and resists and lister eventually backs off, although he degrades mc thru it. He only backs off cus he thinks mc cant avoid it forever once they get married. Theres also mentions of sa when slan became a slave but no rape
