I really tried to like this, because the art style is so good, but it's SOOOO FUCKING BORINGGGGGG!
It's possible to make a character whose main trait is "I'm sad and fearful of everything" actually work, but this story can't. The protagonist has no personality and is completely one-dimensional. In fact, it seems like all the characters I've seen so far (dad, father) are just as bland.
Also, the story is way too fast-paced.
So I just binge-read through all the available chapters (58), and this story is SO good! Absolutely devastating---I know a story is incredible when it makes me cry multiple times.
----Also, if the prince tries to murder Roger now, especially when he seemed like he was beginning to have somewhat of a redemption arc, I'M GONNA BE PISSED!!!!!
Bruh. BRUH.
It's objectively true that you firced into marriage tho (you forced him into LITERALLY EVERYTHING)?!?!?!
You were fully aware what you were doing at that time, why are you getting pissy about it now, dumbass?!?!?! >:(
I really hope the kid doesn't grow up to be a psycho like his dad.... :(
I fully hope he grows up to be just like Zigril but in the only way that counts which is that pure condensation that is only aimed at Zigril
The author is clearly the type to glorify manipulation, gaslighting, and straight up forcing un-consensual acts like marriage.
So I hope that baby grows up with all the love for Kay and gives Zigril the biggest dose of his own medicine
If you're too scared to read chapter 20, I'll save you the trouble and tell you what happens.
TLDR:
The rape didn't start YET, but it definitely will in chapter 21. :(
Jiwook gets captured by those guys, but it actually wasn't as violent as I expected (although he does get his stomach stomped on once, which makes him puke and then pass out). It's obvious that Juyeon gave them "permission" to do whatever. Jiwook wakes up naked on a bed (possibly in his own apartment).
LONG VERSION:
* Jiwook gets cornered in by the creepy dude, plus two others. Jiwook takes a minute to even remember who the guy is, and says that he forgot the whole incident from last month, so an apology isn't necessary. (Drunk and oblivious to the threatening nature of the situation.)
* Creepy Dude orders the other two to grab him. Only then does Jiwook realize he's in danger; he punches elbows one of those guys in the face, manages to get himself free, and makes a run for it; while they chase after him.
* While chasing him, apparently one of the dudes took a different route; running ahead to jump out at Jiwook at the end of the street, and kicking him in the stomach.
* While Jiwook's writhing in pain on the ground, he asks Creepy Dude if he's doing this for revenge. Creepy Dude basically says no---"Do I look like a fucking kid to you?" Meanwhile, while his attackers talk amongst themselves, Creepy Dude mentions that they "got the go ahead" to do whatever they want.
* Jiwook asks if he wants an apology. Creepy Dude says no, and then proceeds to stomp on Jiwook's stomach, making him puke. They talk about cleaning his face, and also taking him somewhere, while Jiwook passes out.
* Jiwook dreams/hallucinates about Juyeon walking into the ocean; remembering when he threatened him to "behave."
* Jiwook wakes up after water is splashed on his face. He's naked, lying on a bed. (I'm pretty sure it's his own bed, at his own apartment.)

I gave it a shot, but I'm not a fan of this one.
I found the villains TOO annoying (uncle, cousin, asshole ML), and at first I couldn't figure out why---after all, villains are supposed to be un-likeable, duh. But they're just TOO stupid.
The ML is contradictory (sees her for the first time in many years, "Oh, I can't stand this girl"-->goes out of his way see her again). So is the uncle (supposedly he proposed to the aunt and loves her-->acts like a total dick to the aunt).
Also, every villain hates the FL pretty much immediately, and their reasons are either completely unexplained or paper-thin at best. A good villain still has some sense of reason about them, however flawed; but this is just dumb. If they had fleshed out those characters a bit more, I think it could've been a better read.
I wouldn't have minded if the uncle and sister didn't like her, but were still humans capable. After all, I feel like sometimes we just don't like a person without sound reasoning and that prejudice keeps us from seeing them in a positive light. But to have the uncle be a villain? I'd prefer if they kept him morally ambiguous, and wanted to marry her off so she was out of sight and he could have his "happy family" with just his wife and daughter.
I don't understand how an uncle so old can hate on a child so much, it's stupid, but I'd at least understand it for the daughter.
She's the daughter of a kind woman, so why is it that she basically shows no resemblance to her mother? I hate when stories don't add depth to characters that show up often simply to make them easy to hate. I'd prefer it, if over the years she grew fond and was starting to like her and see her as a sister. But felt uneasy due to the close relationship the mother and FL have with each other. Along with the fact, the guy she has a crush on, is showing interest in her. To feel inferior to someone, when you're the one that has more, she'd be so much more interesting with all of her insecurities making it the reason she acts so nasty after they were almost real sisters. After all this, it'd be nice if she matured and they could be real sisters. But she's just meant to be a villain, so I doubt she'll grow on us
(I dropped at Ch. 12 since the art and plot seemed fun but the story is too basic and is following the same premise of every cut and paste slop out there. If it gets better, let me know) ┗( T﹏T )┛
Yeah I don't think I can keep going with this either, everyone aside from a few people are just unreasonably horrible, and god help if that creepy duke is the ML. Its always stories where the FL has a really traumatic or horrible childhood who get paired with toxic and manipulative people.
