I know some people are dissatisfied that they didn't end up changing their relationship much but I for one am SO HAPPY that they are finally at least conscious of each other's feelings and finally on a mutual wave length. So at least Kyoko won't be under the belief that it's one sided, never to be returned. We also have to remember that these are two people with a lot of baggage and emotions they still have to work through. And while it may have been -oh I don't know- a decade since this manga started, its only been a few years of interaction between Kyoko and Ren in their world. They're working slowly but surely towards their happy ending. And I think the promise of working towards a future without hindering or giving up each other's dreams is super romantic. Instead of rushing in, they are willing to work on themselves and their careers before coming back together. When Ren gave her his -signature- necklace I SCREAMED! The unspoken promise of their future along with his confession that she'll always have his heart was so heartwarming and romantic. (would I want this slowness for my dating life? no. but you just gotta let a girl fangirl ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭) Alright thanks for reading my lil blurb (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

I think it's cause I have read so many transmigration into becoming a villainess that I feel really bad for Claire. She didn't actually have a relationship with Rowan but she was the most suitable candidate to be his wife. On top of all that she grew up expecting to marry into the household so that's all she knew and dreamed of. Then up comes Erin, sweeps the duke off his feet and they fall in love while her dream falls into pieces. Feel bad for her ╥﹏╥
also loving the Rowan and Erin interactions! Like yeah man, go save your wife and give us some development! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Dont forget that she didnt wait up for Rowan because he went to war and might die so she opted to be the mistress of the crown prince. When he came back in victory, she began weighing the pros and cons again to see which side will benefit her and will retain her status and wealth so she could be looked up to and envied by everyone. Though I feel bad for her, she really did cause this state of hers by herself. I just hope she redeems.

that black haired girl....she spells trouble!!! If I am piecing things together correctly...

then is she the half sister/step sibling or whatever significant other with ginger? Since his friend (got opinions on him too. how can you cut your friend down and still act so nonchalant and go to their house like that. how think your skin must be) got angry about the story elissa was reading. it felt as if the forbidden relationship was about ginger and this girl. and then his friend was like its time to let ginger go. so she's the one that ginger was in love with and got hurt by -and also probably the prince's fiiance (the one where the pic was removed).
.
.
sidenote. ginger is falling in love but he still has to clear up elissa's misunderstanding since he didn't respond when she indirectly confessed to him the first time when asking to be someone special. looking forward to their development! THANK YOU FOR THE MASS UPDATE! FEELING SO SPOILED(▰˘◡˘▰)

for those who haven't read the novel yet...you guys might want to prep a box of tissues, maybe a few pitchforks, an angry vengeful mob, and some nights to protect our protagonist. Who is the target of the witch-hunt? obviously the naive, stupid little sister who resembles the idiotic jeanette and the asshole fiancé (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸

i think unlike the catharsis you receive in other novels where the protagonist gets some form of happy ending or revenge there is none here. Just sadness and tears so read at your own risk. THIS IS AN ANGSTY TRAGEDY THAT IS GONNA TUG AT EVERY HEART STRING YOU EVER GOT AND MAKE YOU RELIVE EVERY HEARTBREAK YOU EVER HEARD OR FELT.
....is there at least a novel to this? ╥﹏╥
Yup and someone put its link in the comments
