I can never understand why they class superhumans as non-human in stuff like this, especially when they were all born human, and still retain the memories of their past lives. Surely what makes us human isnt having exactly the same genetic makeup, but instead our emotional and intellectual development? The relationships we form?

Where's her sense of comradeship? They're *all* anomalies, and they all suffer at the hands of the government, forced to abide by laboratories and treated as government property, even when they die.
Nakyoung really walked into that room full of haru's records of abuse/experimentation, then went over to her three records, and still figures Haru will be "Fine"???

I mean it isnt fair to compare their suffering-Nakyoung likely didnt have as strong healing, and everyone copes with trauma differently-but also, you arent wrong lol.
It irks me that she's able to consider others like her, others who "dont have the courage to die", even has a moment where she considers destroying their records, yet she completely overlooks the suffering of the fellow anomalies she actually knows, especially haru, who literally couldnt die if he wanted to (well, maybe he could if he asked, but she doesnt know that. From everyone else's perspective, he's immortal.) She's just...such a hypocrite, I guess blind revenge and anger does that to people, though.
I adore the idea that the original novel had secrets, being from the perspective of a biased reader, which means our isekai'd gal isnt all knowing and actually gets surprised
Ya. I always judge the MC's cause they read the novel but don't use that knowledge. But this time, she did use the novel but it still has holes that needs to be filled. Which makes it 10× better.
