Owner(lee) had someone deliver some bags of "beans"
people came to pick up those beans. It turns out they were drugs.
Owner meets mr mafia because of said drugs. Mr mafia takes an interest in him for a reason currently left unspecified (presumably related to the black mist that gathers around him? He also seems to like Owner's cooking/coffee.)
The new guy who showed up is Owner's friend from when he lived in the city just over a year ago, who knows about Owner's ability to see people's feelings and thoughts. It's implied Owner used to be involved with the police, or perhaps something else, back in the city.
The new guy, Owner's friend, also informs him that Mr Mafia is part of the most renowned mafia group currently acting.
sidenote- the thoughts/feelings can be interacted with by Owner/lee, some even acting as poison, causing him to cough up blood after cleaning them up (and mid-kiss, to mr mafia's surprise)

Jiyoung might be one of my very favourite female characters in webtoons...ever. She's just...wow.
she's so great. Something about her just really stands out amongst typical fl's. She's making great use of her past knowledge, while also still genuinely loving her grandfather and father. She isnt focused as much on revenge as she is making sure her father lives, and her family prospers.
Look, ignoring how cold the seme is to iljo, its clear the guy has something wrong with him. He treats everything as some sort of game-no, perhaps not g`me...but just look at how calculating he was when he got with the girl. He met her weeks beforehand, and that whole time he was thinking of ways to use her, to show iljo he's dating someone-why doesnt he just kick him out? because he's pitiful? yes, but not because he empathises-because he finds iljo's helplessness somehow attractive/amusing.
finally, a protagonist who doesnt just give in to stockholm syndrome and kills themself. It always frustrates me when they power on, and give in to their stalker.
