This is good stuff. Seme and uke almost seem like they were meant to find each other to comfort each other’s lives. Seme and uke have both definitely been through some shit (I haven’t finished whole story yet) and so they’re kinda perfect for each other.
God dam this this manga a tough pill to swallow. Uke lives in almost idealistic budding love at first that quickly and narrowly tumbled to pure insanity. This manga is not the the light of heart.
In my eyes, he shouldn’t be forgiven so easily, he made a promise but betrayed uke under the guise of “protecting him” (from what bitch). And then he went on living, having kids, and living a good life eh. Are you fucking for real, no way am I gonna be happy about that when uke was heart broken to the point where he killed himself. I was hoping that seme would change his mind but no, he stayed om. I can’t, it gonna piss me off to the ends of the world if I keep thinking about it. As much as the like the main couple, the second couple is a reflection of the main couple, and it heavily leaves a bad stain on my mouth, kinda ruining a bit of it all. Kinda like when you don’t like seafood but the juices of it are all over your rice and so it’s super hard to enjoy.
Also random but I really disliked it when uke kissed while being possessed. Like I know they are different forms of uke just of different times but nah. It was basically seme kissing someone else, and that annoyed the hell outa me, almost made my blood boiling nlg.(⌒▽⌒)
Not to mention the way they acted, they were all clingy and desperate for sex and stuff, completely different from uke. And so I was like ew and seme went along with all of them almost T-T
Oh, absolutely....so damn true. That (past)seme never loved the uke. All that talk about "eternal love," "forever yours," and all that other flowery bullshit? Just empty words. Pathetic, really. He said he’d love the uke for all eternity—and then what? Tossed him aside the moment it got hard. All it took was that bitch, and he folded like nothing ever mattered. He had kids with her. Lived with her. Played family like he didn’t just destroy someone who loved him with everything they had.
The worst part? Past uke truly believed him. Gave him everything. And ended up broken because of that coward. It’s sickening.
He doesn't need him. Not now. Not ever. That pathetic excuse of a man isn’t worth even a flicker of regret. The uke deserved better. Someone real. Someone who would’ve chosen him no matter what. Who wouldn’t have faltered the second temptation showed up.
And in the next life? I hope he finds someone who will love him so fiercely, so unapologetically, that the memory of that bastard will feel like dust under his feet. Because that’s all he ever was—dust. Forgettable. Replaceable. And most of all?
Unworthy.

They don’t say it directly but it is heavily implied that he played family and went along with the wims of whatever the his family and that bitch he married wanted to “protect” uke(again, from what bitch). Those duties would include continuing the bloodline as seen in one of the flashbacks. Omg I’m actually gonna be a demon at this point with how much rage I have for him.
I feel like a-lot of everyone’s comments are missing the fact that she threatened the ukes family if he did that follow through with the wedding.

I understood that she threatened uke family but I also understood that he made a promise to past uke and should have been prepared to make sacrifices both for himself and uke because that is exactly what uke was prepared to do as a promise. he said he would fulfill this promise and mind you, this would decide what happens between them forever. So from what I think the story is trying to tell me is that seme made the supposedly “better, smarter, and safer” choice of abandoning uke so that uke family is protected but not uke’s wellbeing (as in mentally and physically if you couldn’t tell from the story). Seme said he didn’t even have the courage to face him in person. the logic just ant making sense to me.
I’m kinda annoyed. Uke randomly gets the idea to go try and have some causal sex with a stranger to “test the water” a few days after hanging out with seme (uke doesn’t go through with it, thank god, but still a shit idea nlg, like how does one come to that conclusion after starting to make a friend or crush). Uke also keep pushing seme away even tho seme is trying his best to just be friends. Idk, uke is a bit frustrating to me. Like they’ve already hung out, spent time together, and seme has shown that he really appreciates your cooking skills, and your still being like this *sigh*. Felt like four chapters of development went no where. Maybe it gets better later on but if it does pls do let me know, I could finish it, but if it’s gonna be like that for longer and longer, then imma out. #－.－)

maybe because of his trauma he couldnt really accept the idea the seme likes him. he already dealt with feeling unlovable/emotional abuse from his mom so he developed some form of hypersexuality; self harm through sexual habits

I love this, the seme is so smexy, the unholy things i would do with him is unimaginable. The uke is so cute and dumb, he’s a perfect loveable bean who is a bit naive but still has some semblance of brains when he doesn’t need it lol. ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ .
