I have read a good portion of Bye-Bye (so please don't spoil it for me) and most of (an overview) of The Housekeeper's Load (reason is I'd bought the raws before I knew the translation was coming out so...oh, well) so I'd expected some form of lovey - dovey. It started out w/ Yejun running away and seeing that the alpha doesn't like him anymore. So...did the alpha break up because he had been mated?!? We don't know the reason for the breakup, only that YeJun saw he wasn't being loved. The beginning of their relationship seems really sweet. I'm glad we got to see that side before all this shit happened. It was done as a flashback so whilst DoYoon's words seems like a prick, which MAY have been the reason why YeJun ran away. I'm not entirely sure. So, according to the synopsis DoYoon just wanted him to be FWB?!? It didn't seem clear that they were dating. So was DoYoon only using him?!? It seems YeJun likes him. If DoYoon broke it off because he had been mated, it wouldn't be that he is a bad guy. I mean, the only reason I can think of that YeJun ran away is because of a broken heart. Other possibility is that his son can be taken away from him. But I feel it is more so because of a broken heart. From what I can tell, DoYoon wants his Omega, idk how much he wants YeJin himself, since the way he talks is so condescending. And I can't blame DoYoon for wanting to search for his omega and he's probably mad that YeJun ran away after having mated with him. The only question is, why did it take 5 years for him to find his omega?!?
And of course, he can track him other ways, but to prove to YeJun that he is the omega that he's mated with he forced him to go into heat. If that is so he didn't have to actually rape him. Now he's threatening him with having another baby?!? Oh please. So first, as a beta, it was too hard to have sex. But you either liked him and still had sex anyways regardless of how difficult the sex was, or just playing with him even though the sex was hard. I guess we'll have to find out. I hate the confinement aspect. But, assumingly, if he hadn't done that YeJun would have ran away again?!? But his use of pheromones on YeJun is Sooo illegal. But then again, he DID say, if you mated with someone without their consent it is illegal too. So ... did YeJun suddenly manifested as an omega during one of DoYoon's heat?!? Cuz it seemed to indicate that YeJun got out of his heat and was even able to wash the sheets....but then he ran away....
YeJun had better not "snuck in and had sex with him knowing he was in a rut anyway and that he had manifested but did it anyways knowingly". But if that were the case, would he have ran away?!?
