The archduke gotta be one of my favorite MLs of all time. Best scene so far gotta be when he's handfeeding Ebony with cookies!! Gosh you won't find such ML anywhere else. Also when he holds her hand while listening to her story(!!!) Although so far there is no romance yet I'm loving the fact that his respect to Ebony is only developing further and he also pushes her to grow and develop!

This is one of the more well-written stories of the isekai genre. Also, I don't understand why Asahi thinks she's a good friend to Ruri when clearly she never care about what Ruri actually feels.

An explanation for Asa-hoe:
(Asahi)
SPOILER(ish)
.
.
.
.
She has lived her entire life living in a cloud of charm magic.
Only cherished ones and other strong people like dragons aren't captured by it. So everyone around her are basically zombies that do her bidding and can't say no.
She has never had anyone in her life other than Ruri who could correct her behavior. And even if there was, the zombies would protect her. She has no way of knowing she is wrong. She really is as innocent as she seems. Just totally enclosed in her little world.
And boy is that bubble gonna pop here in a second. (though not exactly as you might expect)

Okay so...
(BIGGER SPOILER)
.
.
.
So Asahi can only do charm magic, but it's unintentional. She doesn't have control over it and she has never lived without it. So she goes to war with the empty headed prince. The king and head priest are immune to her and set them up with magic crystals that explode. Kamikaze style. And they are strong enough to seriously hurt dragons. This plan of course fails due to our wonderful MC. Asahoe and all the other summoned peeps get thrown in jail in the dragon kingdom capital. Asahi starts screaming her head off for them to bring Ruri and to "free her". Jade has a miserable time interrogating her and realizes its basically pointless. Just as he is giving up, human Ruri walks in and yells at Asahi. And when she starts babbling about evil dragons and going home at the end of the war like a video game...Ruri loses her sh*t. MAJORLY. She b*itch slaps her twice for good measure and walks away never to see her again.
As this is going on, all the dragons figure out who she is and its smiles all around. After, the zombies (the other summoned kids) that were basically addicts on Asahi's charm magic start to wake up and freak out. Ruri doesn't forgive them even though you could say it wasn't their fault they were so mean to her. Asahi and the others are sent to live on a farm, but not until some other hijinx ensue.
The farm is not that bad, but it's like Asahi's worst nightmare. Its a "if you don't work, you don't eat" situation and she's never done anything for herself. With her magic sealed there are no more zombies. And, even if they try to help her a little she doesn't understand it and thinks they are torturing her. Like, she's literally doing light support tasks like carrying stuff and some weeding, it's not like they are being treated as slaves or anything. So in a cruel irony, she isn't really punished for anything but because of how she has lived previously its as if they gave her a terrible life sentence. However, her victims wake up and are determined to make the most of it and live hard but happy lives...(presumably)

I really curious about Miraila's (I reckon) mental illness. I always forgot that Tia is her own blood related daughter because her actions show totally the opposite.

She comes off as a clinical narcissist. They tend to be abusers and manipulators. There is a short poem pointing out the common approach of a narcissist.
A Narcissist's Prayer
That didn't happen.
And if it did, it wasn't that bad.
And if it was, that's not a big deal.
And if it is, that's not my fault.
And if it was, I didn't mean it.
And if I did...
You deserved it.
Narcissists are also more likely to favor one child and abuse the other. They often find 'targets' to direct their abuse. The way her mother compares herself against the FL to rip apart her self-esteem is not uncommon. Also her turning everyone who should be close to FL against her is textbook. Its also common to have more than one narcissist in a family. The brother also seems like he might be narcissist or a psychopath. His lack of attachment to anyone could be a mental disorder.

I was hesitating to read this at first because the sheer difference between cover art and the story art, and I have tried it before and failed.. but now I've finished all the chapters and it's better than what I expected. The writing is good and the FL grows on you.
I sympathized a bit with Irene, I know that feeling of stucked up wanting to lead a better life. I feel like she's not a super evil person, but just someone really desperate? She's like "a necessary villain" that was made just so readers would rooting for FL. But maybe this just me reading too deep into it.
On the other hand, I'm kinda frustrated of the crown prince, like I know he is traumatized but there are times I feel he's so indecisive. I guess I'll just see what's coming next.
Also I remember an old comment I read here saying that 5th prince just feels like he's made just for the sake of plot (to have that 2nd ML and bring more drama). I think I got to agree because lbh we all know who Charti will end up going with. 5th prince was kind and respectful since the beginning, so he better find someone else in the end (maybe the red-haired maid?)
The situation is very tricky... If only the world doesn't have such prejudice to strong women things will surely go smoother for both Pauliana, Donau, and Lucius :(
