I don’t see how most of her behavior in the beginning and even somewhat later would garner anything but contempt.
To show so blatantly her dislike for some of the most important people in the empire showering her with blessings and affection? It’s disrespectful and a spit in the face to these people bending over backwards to please her.
Her behavior is somewhat better now but she was acting like every blessing and kindness done for her was just an unwanted chore. The servants and outsiders perspective would see her as ungrateful and they would be right!
I get she has her trauma and valid reasons to feel the way she does but there is a difference between feeling it and acting on those feelings.
It’s just too unrealistic that she would not garner disapproval, at least from the other people working at the estate, for her attitude.
