I'm going to go out on a limb and bet that the person who had the video made, is Si Woon/Min Woo Jin - the blonde haired boy from his past (and now present). We've been getting some hints, and it's obvious he wanted Si Won to see the video. It's getting pretty intense.
To tell the truth, I'm getting a little irritated with just how mean/vicious/back-stabbing/evil all the characters are in this story (except for the main character). With these kind of people, humanity would be in trouble. Even little green-haired laughing guy only cares about what's interesting, and not what's right. All I want to see from this point on, is Si Won thoroughly thrashing everyone's ass from here to eternity - I don't even care if this goes in a yaoi direction or not, and that's pretty harsh for me.
Honestly? I've been thinking the same thing too, that Si Woon might've been involved in making the video. But also, I recall that when Tae Min was brought back to Si Won's house after he was released from the hospital, after he spoke with his (or, Si Won's) younger brother, Si Woon was also there? Does this mean Si Woon and the younger brother know each other? Because now, I'm wondering if they [both] might've been involved in making the video. Especially given how the younger brother seems to hate Si Won.

I don't think woojin made the video but I am pretty sure he planned out the confrontation between taemin and those guys. He did all this to see his reaction and to confirm that he is taemin. Also if he did make the video why would he ask the green guy for the CD.

But those scenes of the protag (I have literally memorized NO names yet lmao) beating up his bullies and earning himself a reputation were more satisfying to me than all that sexual tension between him and his childhood friend (lol).
