It's because suu is the/ a dragon. If you read a way back it's mentioned that usually the crown prince have special powers to kinda replenish dragon power but due to some curse on hwaryun he can't . And suu is the chosen (maybe or he was always been something ) one who act as medium between them . Therefore suu had was always meant to be attracted to prince and so dragon to suu. If you get it what I mean. Well correct me if I am wrong

I wonder. In ch 80 dragon specifically tells Suu not to confuse appetite with lust and that he, the dragon, is only half awake but he will awake soon. Is Suu a dragon himself and his interaction with dragon woke his dragon nature? Or is he a "medium" and the dragon merged with him somehow by discarding his own flesh. So now dragon and Suu are one?

Yep he's a dragon human thing. I mentioned it first. But he also acted as medium . And personally for me suu and sahara are one divided in to two ppl. But let see what further secret the story disclose on thier nature

I think they have somehow melded together. Before meeting the crown prince and Saharah, Suu was just a normal human. We know that Saharah was not only kind of feeding off Suu, but is also emotionally attached to him and considering how little we know about dragons.... I'd say anything was possible. For example: we see Suu having these darker thoughts or hearing this voice which is clearly not Suu himself.... but the dragon, our little Saharah, communing with him somehow. And we actually did see this happen even before Saharah was "killed" so I wouldn't say that they have fully become one.... but like they're just slightly connected somehow. It kind of reminds me of this one manga I read where the magical beings partner would slowly lose their human and mortal qualities and become more like them. Sadly I can't find the manga right now to reference it properly.

I Believe suu never been ordinary human from start. It just my perspective but acc to before chp suu did came from an ancients land and he know the tongue of dragon. Maybe I am mistaken. Well there are still many things to know about suu
