does anyone know how old they are. while reading the raws i was under the impression they were in highschool but when i watched the animation, seungtaek said he was in his third year of middle school which in korea would be around 14 years old right?

In the beginning of the webtoon, they are all in high school and then it shifts over to a looooooooong ass flashback of Seungtaek and the green/brown-haired guy (ugh i forgot his name) and how they met, which was in middle school. Then it goes back to high school I think?
Since the animation strictly focuses on Seungtaek and his partner and completely leaves Seunghee out of the story, it takes place during the flashback in middle school with Seungtaek in focus
The author is so damn good at making characters likeable. I want end game Hanmi-juhyuk but I really like gun and hyeran and I know that their presence is really good for hanmi and juhyuk. As for seonghwa I can't manage to hate him and I can't decide where I want him to end up. Obviously he doesn't deserve hanmi but at the same time I feel he and hanmi match so much and if this were any other story I would have twistedly wanted them to end up together. ugh, why are there so many dynamics that like in this story, it makes it hard for to like and hate any single pairing, I feel jealous for one pairing while simultaneously liking the pairing I'm jealous for. With that said I wish chapter 5 would focus more on juhyuk and hanmi although I do want to know hanmi and seonghwas story. So conflicted
I dont expect him to love DG and the same goes for DG towards jiwon. there is no way they could truly love each other at this point as neither of them know anything about the other. not much will change in this dynamic and relationship for as long as these two are sex friends. imma need DG to break off this arrangement before i can approve of them getting to an actual relationship. i dont want to be a situtation where they continue to be sex friends and jiwonc continues to control DG and then he realizes DG is important to him and they get together. i want them to be apart before they get together for real

from the most recent chapter seems like jiwon is choosing to ignore DG and once again dg is left wondering if /hes/ the one at fault instead realizing jiwon for the bastard he is. dg better smart up soon and stick it to jiwon, let him have a taste of his own medicince. poor dg has no one to confide in because he thinks hes the issue instead of jiwon

Why are people mad at hyesung? Were we reading the same chapter?
Hyesung is getting morning sickness which is killer btw. Throwing up constantly and not being able to stomach anything is not fun and not easy to deal with. Also he is getting pregnancy cravings, which is pretty much inevitable when you're pregnant, so if you can actually stomach something while dealing with vomiting, ofc you'd want it. Secondly, after Dojin bought the takoyaki that hyesung was craving in the end hyesung was unable to stomach it and even apologized! So tell me again why people are mad at hyesung? Pregnancy is not a walk in the park, it's a freaking marathon and it really takes a toll on you mentally and physically. I know hyesung is being cold about the baby but can't you at least understand that pregnancy isn't easy for the carrier?

i totally agree just because the seme looks sexy these people say the uke is the shitty one. but in this case both are terrible and completely selfish. this relationship is beyond toxic...it's corrupted. (for any Steven universe fans out there we all know what being corrupted does to you.)

First off despite most mangas and other works on this site portraying gay relationships, there’s something obviously quite off about all of them and mainly - the roles the characters play, one of them simply HAS TO be the GUY GUY, while the other one is basically the substitute for a girl, all feminine, mostly short, shy, bitchy, interested in ‘cute’ things, who is DEFINITELY the bottom, because it’s a stereotype originated from straight relationships (most actual gay relationships aren’t like this) something people aren’t quite ready to let go of yet. Another old stereotype people like sticking to is how women are bad, traitorous, cunning devils and the guys are often innocent. And when you put these misguided but persistent ideologies together you get..what you get.
I myself am guilty of doing this sometimes, but that’s because some authors just LIKE sticking these horribly stereotyped characters down our throats for tension and drama. Can’t say it’s not exactly the case for this webtoon, but at least the chrs here are more realistic and dimensional, they make sense.

Preach, some yaoi tropes are just awful. There are a few authors though which don't conform to using such stereotypes. PARK Ji-yeon who has the Momentum series, and Yoneda Kou never draw any of their characters to be the "tall, cold, unemotive, masculine one" and the "tiny feminine uke who needs to be protected, and they also act bratty and reactively"

I gotta say, i enjoy the works that appear recently, which include smarter and more realistic characters, a recent favorite of mine is Here U Are, and a few others. And while almost nothing I read manages to completely get rid of stereotypes, they’re cutting it close. Just seeing that progress is happening makes me so hopeful about the future.
People hate hyesung less but nope. As you can see hyesung was primarily bothered by having to carry and birth the baby. he has to deal with changing hormones, appetite, and body changes not to mention he has to have a baby come out of his body. yes, both parents should get a say but can you really blame hyesung for not wanting the baby? He's only three weeks along, pretty early in the pregnancy and he knows he can't handle the baby. Even with Dojin saying he'll take care of the baby on his own, hyesung is still involved as he is the one who is pregnant. Anyway, like I've said before, hyesung is much younger, 19 right? He's barely an adult, practically a child so don't expect him to be mature and say he's manipulating someone several years older. Dojin is choosing to spoil hyesung, as he wants the baby and hyesung to be healthy and happy.
(19 here) Gosh, if i were to have a kid with someone like dojin from hyesungs perspective I WOULD FREAK OUT!!

in the comments who try to equate jiwons abusive treatment with dg fantasies about bj alex. they just aren't the same thing and they dont have the same mental and physical consequences. yes, they are in a sex only relationship but it doesn't mean that sex isn't supposed to be enjoyable just because there are no "feelings" involved (supposedly). just because dg agreed to jiwons terms about no strings attached doesn't mean he has to expect and accept harsh treatment and one sided sex. dg, should be able to make requests, after all the only thing he has to gain from this arrangement is sex with jiwon and at this point, its not even sex its actual abuse and assault and it made him cry and it made him scared, thats not enojyment. hes not getting paid, hes not even being treated like an equal humanbeing, hes treated like a ragdoll for jiwon to drag any which way he pleases not to mention there seems to be some "unspoken clause" in their arrangement that if jiwon thinks hes sleeping with someone else then that means jiwon will punish him by assaulting him with two dicks (sarcasm)

DG never forces his feelings onto jiwon, he's never asked jiwon to be his boyfriend and he has never even explicitly said he likes jiwon, so I don't know why some you interpret his behavior to be rude or unreasonable. He's acting like anyone with a crush would act which is giddy and nervous and in love. Just because your crush on someone is obvious doesn't mean they are forcing the other party to like them or be in a relationship. It's like some of you completely forgot why they went their "date" in the first place. Jiwon /assaulted/ DG and all DG wanted in return was a fun hangout, he didn't even ask for an apology, I don't see how he's being unreasonable, in fact he should be asking for way more, like a dissolution of the sex friendship and an apology and whatever else makes him happy because sexual assault is a serious crime. I don't hate alex, I know he has more character development to come but I'm just saying the only rude one so far has been him
