The way horror slowly creeped into this story was masterful. I am so invested and I was already invested. The family drama was engrossing but the current situation is wayyyyyy more important. I haven’t had a single part of this that bored me honestly. It keeps you on the edge constantly in different ways

Idk if the manhua will show it, but in the novel side stories we learn a little bit of the lives of 3 of them when they talk about why they're fighting so hard for the voucher. I would say more, but the circumstances of how we learn about it is somewhat of a wholesomeish side story spoiler. Ugh I just wanna go on and on, but I also don't since I love the story so much.
