They say the biggest sin a movie can commit is being boring. I think that's accurate in manga as well.

Those dark themes and the gore of the prequel made me think of Naono-sensei's older works. I've missed that so much :')
Okay the doc calling his bluff with "if you don't remember anything how can you know what happened?" is so stupid. The guy woke up naked on the arm of another naked man with kiss marks and throbbing in his ass. Doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to piece together what probably happened. So that's just a logical gap in the characters to force the story the way the artist wants.

I like this manga and all, but I would have liked it more without Akira sleeping with an adult. It felt like such a grounded story, realistic and all that about teens and their problems as they slowly fall in love. But with that element it became like so many other BLs out there and made me not as immersed.
It feels like a pretty cliche trope. I'm persisting because this mangaka so far has created some wonderful stories that have managed to stay above the tired old tropes, even when they have familiar themes, so I'm hoping this will turn out well.

He’s the main rapist. The one who started it, that why he recognized the “fruit of his work” so quickly. I’m sure a sick fuck like him is pretty happy that not only did he cause Naoto great trauma, he also managed to leave behind a reminder of it. The only thing that I can thank him for is his one sperm that managed to make Shizumu-Chan. She was probably the only decent that can come from a dirtbag like him. Also I’m glad she looks like Naoto, because that rapist looks as ugly as his soul

When there's an unexplained, very prominent element from the beginning of a story (like the wings in this) I always find myself focusing more on that than the actual plot. It's a shame really, but my brain don't handle unanswered questions very well.

This is one of the first times in manga I'm genuinely creeped out by a character. He's still trash and there was nothing redeeming happening. I was creeped out from the start to the end. I love trashy characters, but the author has to know what they're doing to pull it off. Like Harada. Harada makes characters that are trash from start to finish or that redeem themselves and you always like them in some capacity without any excuses for their behaviour.
