WHAT DO THOSE TWO FRUITS ON THE PLATE MEAN!? What's the symbolism!? TWINS????

It’s widely accepted that the “forbidden fruit” in the Christian bible is interpreted as an apple. With the fact that the church scene shows the crucifix and the “our father” prayer, it’s wouldn’t be completely wrong to say he might be apart of the Christian religion. That said in this finishing scene taewon reinforces the fact that he is sangwoo’s dad and sangwoo himself is the son, yet sangwoo just says he know. He’s consciously aware that their dynamic is tabooo and forbidden but doesn’t care. The apple’s symbolize the relationship and having eaten the “forbidden fruit” despite knowing it’s wrong. HOWEVER this is just my take on the ending scene so take it with a grain of salt

Someone please explain to my dumb ass what Mokyeon meant by, "are you gonna out me too?" Exposing what exactly?

I also think this because twink cannot simply out Mok without outing his own behavior and his own cheating + I believe he used the same wording so the twink realizes that it was Mok who Nanjo was spending time with behind his back (not some random women as twink thought). So basically double fuck you in twinks face

Yeah, it is, basically twink briefly mentioned "should I out him" as should he expose Nanjo slept with men so the women he thought he is seeing will stop see him and he will have more time for twink, a bit of twisted logic tbf. Than Mok used the same wording "will you out me too" to simply provoke him since Mok knows twink can do nothing to out him, he is openly gay/bi... Basically twink has nothing he could use against Mok, moreover he would be screwing himself over since his own behavior would be exposed to Nanjo, so outing in any context is useless
Poor MC, can't catch a break. Falls into one tiger's arms, and now into another. Lucky quack.
