I’m glad that Maya’s suffering— not because I like it but because he’s starting to actually express his feelings to Nemu.. before, It didn’t reassure Nemu’s feelings that Maya, himself doesn’t express his own. I can’t wait for Maya to find out how nasty of a little bitch Ruka is OR even better for nemu to fight him. I really want to see a more aggressive Nemu. All in all, I just want them to get together, without cockblockers and for people to stop hating on Maya LMFAO.
Also, it absolutely breaks my heart how Nemu just interpreted Maya falling asleep. Like no you sweet little pea, he didn’t fall asleep bc you’re boring not was it bc of Ruka, it was just because he was tired from working :( I’m also glad that Maya actually came back and did some kind of explanation rather than getting mad again and running off without any reason.
First time I read this and I honestly love the couple but I feel like the thing with ayako never really got solved? Like if something were to happen to ayako again. Kiyomine would probably burst out and say he’ll never forgive Takara. I’m fine with the ayako and kou pair but Kiyomine didn’t even once say he likes Takara (basically they never ended up going out) but all in all I found this manga really sweet!
I'm with you on this it's been about 4-5 years and its still bothers me how the "Ayako" incidents never got solved. Whenever I re-read this I always skip those parts cuz it just angers me.
I think at the end when kiyomine slightly accepted kou and ayako’s relationship showed his slight growth about that matter. And seemed like takara can handle kiyomine just fine.
I can kinda relate to Kiyo so I don't really think he needs to choose between them, it's because Takara also understand that Kiyo's feeling towards him and Ayako are different..... Kiyo mentioned it often too, (I have a sister and I'm really overprotective of her too XD)

I’m really upset over the childhood friend, he didn’t deserve it. As for MC, I’m not as annoyed as I should be. I guess he was expressing his loneliness in a terrible way. He said he was tired but it was more like he didn’t know how to express that he wanted to be with Santa Claus more, thus he ended up being with Jo(I forgot his actual name) thinking that his loneliness would disappear if he could be with someone and not have to worry about a time limit.
I just hope that Childhood Friend finds the one. I don’t want to imagine him going down the right path after being treated horribly.

Okay, I have serious question. Like I’m not trying to hate on the character because I absolutely love both.
But in the past, Nemu got angry at Maya for telling Nemu not to get close with Akira’s little brother because obviously the Akira’s bro was trying to steal Nemu from Maya. So Maya started being “friends only” with Nemu. But legit everyone started complaining how awful Maya is for being so cold to Nemu. But Nemu asked him to stop bothering him.
Now, Nemu tells Maya that he should stop seeing Ruka. Maya gets mad because he asked previously whether he should stop meeting Ruka but before Nemu said no and at the wrong timing (as in in an awkward timing because he’s in the middle of a project with Ruka so he can’t possibly stop seeing him out of nowhere). But Maya gets hated again. Like isn’t this the same situation as last time. But why is still Maya getting hats? I’m not telling everyone to hate Nemu but I feel that it’s a little unfair that Maya gets hate no matter what he does. Though, I must say Ruka is a complete asshole compared to the bro.
Also, people are complaining Maya, never says i love you but has Nemu done it too? Cause I can’t remember. I’m not starting a fight. I just really want to know what’s with the hate on Maya.

The problem to me here is not abt Maya refusing to stop seeing Ruka, it's abt him saying "That's so mean!" and blaming Nemu for not stopping him before but stop him now. Seriously, you can't blame other that way. Who would have known Ruka is a jerk then? [even though I do] Ppl need time to see a dark side of a person.
Can you see after Maya said those words, Nemu felt guilty and blame himself? That's not how you should make your loved one treat himself. Encourage him to be more confident, not backward. Or at least don't make him feel worse. He should have asked Nemu "why do you want that? what has happened with u n Ruka?" Being with Nemu this long, he should have known Nemu's character.
[And for those who think Nemu doesn't understand Maya, I think he does, that's why he thinks the one who has problems isn't Maya but him and asked Maya to take "a break" to recollect himself.]

i totally get what you mean. In terms of their high school time, Nemu asked him to stop bothering him cause he was forced into relationship with Maya and that he was super stressed with school. Like imagine the situation where not only where you about to be kicked out of school, you get raped and blackmailed, and after u fallen in love with that person they tell you i don't want to be with you. (And most of that is Maya's fault cause also Nemu was super naive since that is his first relationship) Like i'd be on a emotional rollercoaster @__@
Ruka being a bitch and baiting Maya with jobs, and Maya prioritizing Ruka over Nemu makes me go omfg i really hate you right now. Cause beg of their relationship Nemu always thought he wasn't good enough for Maya, he even said that he didn't want to chain Maya down cause he wasn't worthy and that he would rather end their relationship then have him lose his friendships. I can understand what you mean! But I feel like Maya himself doesn’t really understand Nemu that well. I’ve always gotten the impression Maya is the character that speaks his mind so I didn’t really think of it as blaming and threatening Nemu until you told me. While Nemu is the type to think and analyse things before saying the things he needs and wants to say causing him to bottle things up whilst Maya makes himself sound harsh.
Nemu is such a precious boy but because he bottles his feelings up (and bc May doesn’t really help with reassuring his feelings.) Maya ends up panicking and can’t understand Nemu’s feelings. He’s a bit of a dumbass really, but I feel the reason could also be from his past girlfriends. He can’t think rationally due to Nemu suddenly demanding to not see Ruka (meaning that he never realised Nemu was hurting) so he starts thinking “How do I not fuck it up with this relationship??”
Maybe I’m reaching too far HAHAH. But I do think what you’ve said makes a lot of sense
I see! It’s been so long that It really flew my mind that Nemu’s said I love you before. And you would think that Maya would understand the other half of the relationship better when he’s been with a lot of people! LOL but I think it’s Maya’s personality to be dense. Like he doesn’t get it until you tell him outright.
Their personalities are just so different that it clashes in their relationship. And their communication is in the dumps, it’s horrible.
