The plot of this reminds me of that old school Kpop plot of TVXQ dangerous love. When Jaejong reads erotic fanfic about him with Yunho. Yes, I know I'm reaching but still, I can't help but reminisce about my good times when I was young, happy(/TДT)/ and follow Kpop. And no, I don't ship them anymore

I tend to be a weak person, who will feel bad for people who I shouldn't feel bad for. But wow, it will make me sick in the stomach if there is a redemption arc for this ex. Like ... I sometimes fall into sappy stories and tend to feel bad for bad people. But this ex has no redemption value to me, not at all. No spin-off, no sad story can make me forgive him

I'm not knowledgeable about African cultures, nor I come from a place where I can learn about their cultures. However, I think this manga did a good job of drawing an African person. His features might not be the close ( I mean the Japanese people don't look like Japanese either), but I think the mangaka did with respect or at least did some research. I'm always worried when I see a manga with foreigners in the plot. They usually have tons of stereotypes or satire that make them unlikeable (/TДT)/

His appearance looks nothing “African” but as long as the author is consistent with all the African characters looking similar to Luca as a default and not the usual princely native among the ugly savages that A LOT of Asian authors resort to, then it won’t be the typical culturally ignorant and exploitative manga we’ve come to expect from Asian authors. And while African people of the continent come in all different shapes, sizes, and body tones Luca is manga pretty by Japanese audience standards specifically.

IDK about other people, but I was on board until the toilet scene. I would give up my feelings for my crush if I accidentally come across in the s8x scene.
I can pass all the previous partners if I don't know or see/hear it. The moment I know, my feeling will never be the same, I will forever remember it and eventually, I can't handle it.
I'm happy for Kaoru and Yuka. They have a happy ending that they deserve. I feel sad for Rin and Taiga for that they have gone through. However, I don't feel like memory loss is a bad thing. It's a pity that he loss memory, but it's not everything if they are still in love. At the end of the day, they can always create new memory as long as they are together. Also in the beginning, Taiga and Rin have a rocky start, now they start new and fresh with all better warm and happy memories they will have in the future.
