It's honestly a normal expression of readers that waits for the updates when it's still on-going, it happens all the time in all Manga/Mahwa and switch back to accepting that character when the author gives a back story of that character so I don't really blame the readers who hates then switch to accept the character later on because their hates only started when they thought that character is an ass.

i love the translator so much, all their notes, explanations, edits and everything is so well done.
