so many stats that we're aware of are false. there were already reports of us having miscalculated the actual population on this planet, i just know that the number of cases for missing people from each year, casualties during some incident/natural disaster, human trafficking cases, sexual assault cases etc are all lessened deliberately and numbers......

one thing i used to do when my parents pissed me off was take their phones and change the language settings to literally any language they wouldn't understand. i knew the interface, so i knew how to change it back even if i didn't understand the words, but they didn't. I'd make them ask me nicely to change it back, however angry at me they were.

strange circus, it's terrifying, a really really hard watch. the plot twist was surprising, and it was in general really horrific and graphic. the lighthouse, it's just too slow paced in the beginning and then some traumatizing shit happens which I don't think I can watch again.
