Is it kind of generic? Yeah. But itâs done WELL. Like the FL isnât stupid and when they call her clever it isnât a protagonist buff for everything to go well, like sheâs ACTUALLY smart and made good, well -thought out plans that work because theyâre NOT RELYING ON EVERYTHING TO GO PERFECTLY. Itâs the little things. Like WE know sheâs the real one, but itâs good that she ALSO had this suspicion from
The beginning and was looking into it for proof. Her older sister too, like it makes sense she wasnât good at managing an estate in the OG novel when there was zero parents to teach her and literally no information on where to begin. But sheâs competent when sheâs taught, which again, makes sense because she ACTUALLY LEARNED SOMETHING, not like magically received information and now sheâs a genius. Chemistry between the ML and FL is good too; is he still a little fucked in the head? Yeah. But does he acknowledge this and try to do everything to woo her because heâs in love with her and doesnât force her into anything is literally just honest with her the whole time? YES. Who cares if heâs a bit obsessive when he treats her like he WANTS her to be his life partner and supports her and lets her do what she wants? Heâs not obsessed; heâs in love. And thatâs what I love about this too. Also, even if she knows he likes her itâs valid that she doesnât know heâs in love with her, when she hasnât seen him in so long and they JUST reunited. Also the pacing. Thank GOD I donât have to read 48 chapters of random drama-filler and internal crisis, like thank FUCK.

Genuinely donât understand. Like, itâs fine to have a type of guy? Our MC literally is open and honest about what he likes, what he wants, and what heâs going to do. If our cutie of a top had an issue with it, he wouldâve said so? I donât like that they call him piggy or other insulting nicknames due to his weight, but he is indeed crazy massive. Not in terms of just weight either; heâs 6â7â (supposedly by the manhwa) and heâs chubby, which probably makes him look even bigger. Thatâs neither bad nor good, it just is. Doesnât mean people should be calling him cruel nicknames. But he changed because he wanted to look better for someone he likes, which a lot of people do, regardless on if itâs a huge change like his in terms of diet and lifestyle, or if itâs just wearing nicer clothing and dressing up so you look cuter. Nothing wrong with that.
Additionally, Iâm actually happy he lost weight. Forget about the looking hotter or whatever, itâs true that if youâre overweight you have a much higher chance of having heart disease, cancer, complications in childbirth, complications in surgeries, shorter lifespans, etc. Itâs fine to be chubby, personally I donât really care, but I do get concerned when people are clearly beyond that and overweight or obese, since (at least in America) itâs literally a product of big corporations to fuck over the population. No one should ever be ashamed of their body or judge the person underneath it solely on how a body is presented or initially looks, but I do think we should aim for a society where the health standard is positive (versus creating negative feelings and shaming people into doing things like losing weight).

Basically, I think everyone who wants the ML when heâs chubby is making sense, but also the MC wanting the ML to lose weight makes sense. Thereâs such a thing as toxic positivity, so yes people love yourself but please avoid using a positive self body image to justify poor health decisions.
I for one am proud of the ML for making the effort and doing such a great job, considering the outcome.

I dunno about others but I love it. Itâs cute, sheâs cute, the ML is uber cute, and all her fricking kids are cute. The plot isnât too deep but itâs enough to create tension, the ML isnât a good bastard and you can actually like him, our MC is a bit of a cotton candy head (literally and metaphorically) but honestly thatâs what makes her cute so whatever. I also love the fact we get like 20 chapters of family fluff instead of it ending with just a hint of kids, and that the kids have personalities too. Itâs like fantasy slice of life, which I didnât think Iâd enjoy but definitely do

One of the few stories it makes sense that the reincarnated villainess is trying to follow the novel. The ogFL is her friend, the one who defended her over all her lives. Liberata loves her, and never wanted her to die. So being told that her pursuing happiness means Leonie has to die, of COURSE she isnât going to pursue the ML unless itâs a means to Leonieâs survival (which is exactly what ends up happening). Also, sheâs clearly not in her right mind and not only knows this but states it multiple times. Sheâs doing whatever she can just to keep the world (Leonie) from ending, yet sheâs a normal human being with extreme trauma who loves her friend and is falling in love but canât do anything if she wants everyone to survive (except herself). I love that all of the main characters have so much personality, I love that even though they have their faults theyâre still good people who we can enjoy reading their story and cheering them on, I love that none of them are OP and just doing what they can as humans, and I absolutely love the friendship between Leonie and Liberata, and the fact that despite all those countless deaths and lifetimes that friendship never broke.

GuysâŚjust hear me outâŚ.but like what if their family curse isnât that they will never be loved by their dream person but that theyâll NEVER BE ABLE TO TELL? THINK ABOUT IT. Genasâs first love was the empress rightâŚbut her dreams showed the previous emperor. However, Genas looks EXACTLY like the previous emperor in his youth, and weâre told that she started with being with him because he resembled the ex-emperor so closely but WHAT IF GENAS WAS HER ACTUAL SOULMATE ALL ALONG AND SHE CONFUSED THE EX-EMPEROR WITH GENAS.
This is based on Romeo and Juliet, and we all know Shakespeare had some wild plot-twist romance plays, so it would actually fit super well if itâs true. IT WOULD BE FUCKED BUT IT WOULD MAKE SENSE

No, I don't think he loved her, he actually just likes Enoch as a younger sibling. they developed a sibling relationship and it seems to be the only familial relationship genas got in that family. The empress is just assuming from her own delusions since she herself is obsessive and possessive. It seems she only went on all the rumours. But your theory sounds fun. Can't wait for more chapters to know what's going on.

I thought this theory might be true at first and i agree with u that genas loved MLâs mom (and its sort of implied that she ended up loving him back at the end since she wrote in her will to leave her heart for him after her death) but the condition for surviving the fevers was marrying the person in ur dreams. Since her fevers stopped after she married the emperor, heâs probably the person in her dreams after all.

Nope, that's just the Empress's misunderstanding. She doesn't know the history between them and thinks he loved Enoch's mother and treats him like a son. The reality is that Enoch's mother was mentally ill and was raping Genas because she thought she was having sex with the Emporer (Genas's father at the time). He tells Enoch straight up that he didn't want to have sex with her, which shocks Enoch and makes him ask why he does it then. It's because she's pitiful. She's the saddest things he's ever seen and he can't bring himself to push her away. And her saddest moment is dying pitifully while begging him to protect her son. He doesn't love Enoch so much "because of his blue eyes", which she thinks is because he loves Enoch's mother, it's because they both survived her mental illness and bonded. Plus it's the last thing she asked for.

It's implicit, they don't actually show it. One of the nobles mentions that Genas has been seen coming from the empress's room in the mornings. The only thing we the readers see is when Enoch stumbled upon them kissing and runs away before returning to grab the book he dropped and getting caught by Genas. He asks Genas if he's doing that with his mom because he loves her and Genas says no, that there's just no point in trying to stop her because nothing would change. This is because she is mentally ill and gets worse and worse till she can no longer even tell Genas and his father apart.
I KNEW IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE
