The only one I'm sad about is Rohan tbh. He got used fully by the emperor, he even had to marry someone crazy he didn't like bc of him, and now that the person he swore his loyalty to is gone, he has no one by his side. I can kinda understand why he didn't come crawling to the FL after the incident settled. He's a knight through and through. A knight only swears to one master. He's also dignified and self-conscious enough to know that if he comes back people will talk about his relation to the previous emperor. It's so sad that even after everything he's been through he still received nothing, but I like to think that in his journey he finds peace, even without a specific purpose.

tbh I might've done casual hate towards Rohan in the comments here, but I don't see his end as a bad one? He was forced to serve and be loyal all his life, and now he is leaving to finally find his own reason to live, his own "axis" and his own moral code, instead of being forced or tempted into adopting his master's

The art style reminds me of something but I can't pin point what or who's

I'm sure it's this the art reminded me of this.
