A happy ending for you, and a happy ending for you. Admittedly, the sister still isn't my favorite, but I am more sympathetic to her than before. Also, it's kind of nice that not all the happy endings centered around relationships, like the artist finally making it and going back to the bar to celebrate his career.
Sex is mostly mental. The story started out realizing that with Shoyu refusing to have sex after a trauma. Even if he gets back together with someone he loves, that doesn't mean he's going to relax enough for everything to feel good and his body isn't going to panic. It was bad enough to send him to the hospital and he spent years being afraid. He isn't going to suddenly feel good the next time and go with the flow. Also, the seme said again he didn't care how much he hurt Shoyu, he was going to keep going even as an adult. That isn't romance, that's selfishness.

Wow, in anything besides a yaoi, that would raise so many red flags of domestic violence, everyone would be yelling "run run run"
Okay, but context is key... Anything taken out of context can sound bad. The context here is that this is a yaoi omegaverse with an alpha/omega pairing, the omega being strong willed and trying to look after himself and the alpha falling in love with said omega and trying to take care of his future wife/baby mamma. In this context the line "you need my permission to get a job" is okay. Also, thats just the outline of the manga, you left out the context of the sentence as well. He had just saved him from another scam.
I 100% agree with you on the 'you can't get a job unless I say so' thing being messed up. However in this context I understood it to be a 'you pick sketchy jobs which could be a scam before you go and get in trouble check with me' sorta thing considering the context.
Yeah it really is a context thing. He knows how desperate Hye-sung (spelling fails me) is with the money situation and he just doesn’t want the poor kid to be scammed and in danger again. Though I got to admit Dijon could have been nicer and explained better his reasoning. Definitely shouldn’t sound that dismissive when he’s trying to be protective
Yeah, i can agree with you here, he definitely could've worded it better.
I understand it in context and he just wants to protect the little idiot, but still, a lot of people on hearing that would probably have a knee jerk reaction of "screw you, I can take care of myself and I am going to go get a stupidly risky job just to prove you wrong" especially since he's already defensive as hell and wanting to reject the whole omega thing.
Most immature* people would have a knee jerk reaction to get a risky job. I dont know how to say this without sounding patronizing, but the response you just gave is from the viewpoint of a child. No normal functioning adult does that.
The character hasn't been acting like a functioning adult up to this point. Why would he start now
If we're talking how to handle a child, i think most adults would do what the seme did and take on the responsibility themselves rather than watch as the child makes another poor choice. Regardless however, i don't imagine the uke will go out of his way to get a shitty job to spite the seme since its not like hes been purposely ending up looking at these scams.
