So many people telling Alex to forget his feelings but his previous relationship was traumatic for him. Like it obviously still impacts him because he just had a whole nightmare about it, and from what we know about him he avoids romantic relationships. Personally, I don't like Alex that much because he's a douche, but at least he's not leading DG on. He's telling him straight up that the relationship isn't going anywhere. At least he's not deceiving him like Alex's ex-boyfriend. Idk about y'all but I want to see actual character development, not that Alex all of a sudden changes his personality overnight.

A lot of people expect kinda mean and rude characters to just suddenly change after hurting their partners or what not. Slow development is better than magical change tbh
I too agree! We can't easily get out of Trauma. People take time to change. Some act like douche while some act like introverts. It takes for the right person to help people with trauma. I mean sometimes the person suffering doesn't even realise they are traumatised. They just feel it's easier to pretend and adjust among others rather than face their insecurities. Alex too will take TIME to Change. I hope best for both of 'em tho!
