It seems like the author has gotten hooked on toxic drama plots recently lol. How’d they go from In my closet to Second time of dawn, to this. I said it before, the ones who make their first fluffiest story are switching up and turning to toxic love plots. Lmao.

On another note about the art- the artist is always making everyone look so attractive. But I will say they mostly have their ML’s with dark hair. And a lot of the masculine characters look very similar with similar color schemes. It’s why it always confused me even in, In My Closet.

So I honestly thought this was just some quick unhinged stuff but surprisingly the development is very satisfying. Like there’s actual relationship development. The Uke really will do anything for the Seme. Seme is frustrated and hates his dad and wants him to just die- so Uke is like, “I’ll do it for you!!” And proceeds to send him away to a different country with no way of getting back cause they did some documents of changing his nationality. Uke surprisingly didn’t just immediately kill him just cause the dad shared the Seme’s looks. Though the Uke said if Seme really wanted him to go through with killing him, he’d do it. The Uke also encouraged him to act for a play. And also pulled some strings to give him the opportunity to audition even after the audition was over. Surprisingly the Uke is pretty supportive in other ways.

Seme and Uke’s sexual relationship continues obviously cause the Uke would let the Seme do anything to him. Along with how the Seme becomes more tolerant of the Uke. Seme notices how the Uke talks about how cool he is, how he gushes about his acting and acts like a fan, and how he said that he would still be on his side even if the world was against him. The Seme even gets jealous when the Uke gets hugged by the old highschool friend (that Seme bullied).

LMAOOO people are so mad. It should’ve been obvious from the start and I genuinely don’t know why people choose to set themself up for disappointment. Sooae has never been interested in dohwa and I honestly love that because it lessens the chance of her being one of those FLs who like to go back and forth between two dudes whenever it’s convenient. Like yes finally a FL that likes one person and friend-zones any other male that just so happens to be near her.

Anyways whatever happened to the fans of Just Twilight and My reason to die, who actually understood and had patience for the ML in similar circumstances? Same with the FLs in those stories, also being the understanding type that goes for what they really want. Though I will admit that the author is dragging it out for as a long as they can before they reveal the truth behind him needing to leave.

Also I do find it hypocritical for people hating on sooae. They’re like “she has no self respect! It’s not realistic for someone to hold onto their past love for years!!!” Meanwhile supporting solely dohwa who held onto that same love for years and still aiming for her all this time despite her showing him no romantic interest?? The hypocrisy is real.

I loved his tattoos but I think just leaving it faded as it is, is the best in-between compromise rather than getting rid of it entirely tbh.

What’s interesting is usually I heard of tattoo removal still leaving blotchy scars. But then I saw this one girl from Korea who used to have tattoos all over her body, get them removed using laser, and there was hardly any scars left from it.

I love how usually it’s the FLs that say they want their man to take them and run away, but ML is the one wanting FL to take him and run away. He’s always thinking like usual FLs lollll. Anyways that flashback to his child self :(

What I like about this is even when he’s expressionless, his POV shows so much emotion, insecurity, and anxiety. He has times when he gets discouraged too when FL pushes him away.

Sooo what’s the point of dating the doctor. That went on for like 2 chapters and now MC just gave in to the ML. I’m ngl the plot has gone downhill. I thought we’d get a real revenge arc but somehow author wrote it becoming more sappy. It’s like, finally he’s separated from the ML, but MC is written to not be able to function properly, is depressed without him.

I guess strong personality MC is no more and we’ve gone down the Stockholm syndrome route.

I get why people think she’s unlikeable since she doesn’t have the most likable personality and I also find her personality annoying too. But people simplifying it to her just being stupid and typical “side chick.” Really don’t even read or understand the plot at all.

She’s 10 years younger than the man and met him fresh out of high school. No parents and no friends as her support system to even go to for advice. It’s a given she’s young and naive. She became solely dependent on him and he literally pays for everything she has now. It is hard to leave that kind of life after having it easy, and even if she were to leave him, her financial situation will not be good. People would assume she could easily go to the blonde who’s also rich, but she doesn’t know she’ll end up with him, for all she knows he might not be able to support her for life either. He could end up being just another version of the black haired dude. And it doesn’t help that the sole reason blondie is approaching her, is because he wants to “date” and sleep with her. He doesn’t know anything else about her and the times he does talk to her, he just gets annoyed or amused.

I’m not pointing these things out about blondie to side with black haired dude. It’s just showing how the FL feels and looking at all the details of how she’s in this situation. I’m just more surprised that people hating on the FL don’t even understand what they’re reading and are here to just be mad lmao.

Am I just overthinking it, I feel like the ML seems more expressionless in recent volumes. Like in the first volume, I feel like he showed more emotions

I’m surprised by how people still don’t know why artists draw four ears when adding animal ears on, by now. It’s simply because it would look extremely odd without the human ears. There would be empty space where the human ears should be, their heads would look flatter and it would look alien/uncanny. This is especially the case on characters that have short hair at the sides.

The only time it works when removing the human ears is if the artist is extremely skilled at making it look natural or the characters have long enough hair to cover the sides of their head. Trust me when I say, it would look way worse if they removed the human ears. Simply just try drawing a basic human yourself without ears and you’d know.
