I honestly think this was necessary for her to realize her feelings have changed. They didn’t agree to date again, just be friends. She needed this to realize she doesn’t feel the same way and won’t feel the same even if she does get back together with him. People may be annoyed but tbh I think it would’ve been nice had they only just stayed friends. With how she’s looking right now, it doesn’t sound like that’s possible
I feel like people’s reading comprehension and critical thinking have been lost while reading this cause they’re too fueled by their own emotions and favorite. Those biases are clouding their judgement from seeing that Anna was also not free from blame.
I would say obviously the true villain is rose. With her manipulation.
I also think people are dumb asf for hating on lily just cause she didn’t choose their fave. It’s so clear that lily isn’t really stable mentally. She seems very dependent on others and seeks to feel love and validation.

And to the big part: Anna. Of course because Anna is a servant, she has no power and no choice but to obey. It makes sense why she rejected lily. HOWEVER what doesn’t make sense is her changing her mind last second. Lily was literally asking her about her feelings and wanting to be together, even just wanting to KNOW in secret, how she feels. Yet Anna didn’t give her that. Anna had the choice to at least reassure her that she does love her back. Anna also got mad when they had an argument and so she ignored lily, when lily was clearly being pushed on by rose. These additions just made lily more uneasy, so it makes sense why she wouldn’t believe in Anna. Also the fact that Anna only chose to make a move LAST MINUTE because she felt like lily wouldn’t go with her. If Anna was gonna do it anyway, why even bother rejecting her in the first place.
I’m not saying Anna was totally at fault or the big villain, I’m saying Anna is not fully free of blame for the way things turned out. Lily chose the one who gave her validation, reassurance, over Anna who likely would have never touched her if she hadn’t been desperate to get her to come with her. Anna couldn’t fully give lily what she wanted. Both rose and Anna aren’t a good fit for lily. Rose lacks the true affection and love but give her everything else she wants, and Anna has the love but lacks everything else to give it to her.

Nahhh. It may seem like the typical ML wins the seat of heir, good ending. But that’s like a seat that isn’t meant for Killian. His father literally gave him the seat to be heir ONLY because cliff is gone. The father has NO CHOICE but to give to killian, not that he wants to or believes killian should have it. Even though the story was changed, I at least wanted the two main characters to move to their own estate like in the novel, and work hard there while having the most peaceful life creating their own family. I guess because they changed how the parents/family got “better” now the author gave them a reason to not need to leave for the estate??
Also idk about changing cliff to give him the opportunity to leave the world and follow the bad lize. I’m not mad that it shows how he really changed and truly liked her even with her bad side. That was something known in the novel, that he really did know and like that part of her. But I’m wondering since they changed it, he isn’t going to have a scene being mad at lize and arguing with her over her selfish spending, and neither is he going to supposedly get married to another lady and become happy? This isn’t exactly punishment for cliff either, since he’s following the one he loves, so it doesn’t matter if he did get to end up happy in the original novel lmao. The only difference is that it shows cliff staying crazy obsessed compared to the novel where he just becomes heartbroken and wondering if he’ll ever move on from her (before he married a new girl). Killian also still cared for his brother so he wanted him to be happy at least.

Also what will happen to their kids growing up in the estate? They’ll make friends over there and would get excited to visit the capital cause they don’t normally live there, along with feeling sad to leave their friends temporarily.
Shiho is way better off being with someone that mutually cares and loves him. It can never be the FL that can give him what he wants. She’s like those toxic red flag MLs that don’t care about the other person until late. She’s only realizing now her wrongs.

Ngl I’m surprised the top hasn’t murdered anyone yet with his violent habit and short temper. He fr looked like he was about to strangle the bottom, to death. It actually looked like he was about to, but the bottom’s reaction made him pause. The bottom got an erection, which could be because he got turned on like what others said. But I’ve also heard some cases where guys can get erect out of fear. It’s possible and can also happen due to stress/anxiety.
I know there’s people in defense saying that the bottom likes being hit, but I believe they’re wrong. It’s not the same as bdsm. So far there hasn’t been any instance where we actually got the bottom’s thoughts that show he enjoys being in pain. Majority of the time the bottom gets hit, he’s scared, crying, apologizing, and asking him to stop. What he really enjoys is the sex, not the pain. There’s a difference. Until the bottom clearly shows in his mind or says that he likes the pain, it’s not showing that he likes it regardless of his body reaction. By that kind of logic, a woman can still get wet due stimulation, but not enjoy what’s being done to her. The same can be said that a guy can get hard due to stimulation but not enjoy what’s actually being done to him. A body reaction doesn’t always reflect good feelings.

Don’t get me wrong here, I’m not hating on the story. I just want the situation to be clear to know what readers may be reading/understanding. I read things like red mansion, and that’s a similar case but the bottom there shows he genuinely enjoys it.
She needs to go on a training arc or something. I can’t even think of what would it take for her to change, get brave, and grow smarter. It’s pretty crazy she was able to say all that stuff to the puppy dude but couldn’t do the same to either the fiancé or her father. I guess it’s cause she ain’t afraid of the puppy dude and knows he’s weak so it’s easy for her to talk to him like that.
I just find the simple route is: grow a backbone and tell her father that the fiancé is plotting to steal the company, since he seems to care more about that. Make sure not to stop even when the dad tries to shut her down. If she still can’t speak, write it down and give it to him. If that fails, RUN AWAY. Run with the puppy dude. The fiancé NEEDS her to be married to him in order to really take over the company. Why has she not realize that yet?? So if she’s out of the picture, he can’t get what he wants. If the marriage doesn’t go through, he’ll lose. She should’ve thought of that before the fiancé even discovered the puppy dude was involved.
Or RECORD all the didn’t she can get on the fiancé. Do they just forget they have phones capable of doing that?? She can easily just start recording before he gets home and hides the phone, then he proceeds to talk and he just exposes himself talking to FL. And isn’t she rich?? She has the resources to plan things. I’d honestly hire a group of dudes to beat him up and kidnap him or something lmfao.

Idk even know at this point. Best or worse case scenario puppy dude uses the heartbreak to fuel him to get stronger/smarter and get powerful or rich or something. Both puppy dude and FL need to be more ruthless if they want to get rid of all these messed up ppl.
I already love this story. The art, personalities, and story is sooo cute. I wish they stayed on the island because the environment was so pretty instead of going to the usual European city setting, but of course its hard ig to find reasons to have all the big MLs there. Usually the architecture in historical manhwas are centered around British setting or other Asian settings, so it’s cool that this one has a different place that looks like Santorini (Greek?).
Wish more manhwas would focus on other country settings like Egypt, Italy, or Spanish-speaking countries, etc.
I honestly think the author should’ve ended the main story right after the punishment/resolution with lize, and then could’ve made these past recent chapters as side stories. It would make much better sense with that set up. Because rn, it feels like filler because the original novel ending wasn’t finished right away and still had a bit more involving lize- but since they ended lize’s part much sooner, the author I guess is creating filler chapters to reach that chapter count? This rn feels like it’s side stories supposed to be after the ending, which usually happens in other manhwas where the villain is defeated and the mc is just enjoying her life and maybe add some small issues in their daily lives.

Also idk if it’s just me but is the way Edith is portrayed different? I can’t tell if it’s intentional because of everything that happened in the story, or if the author is just unintentionally making her seem more dainty(?) Like before she had a personality that had several emotions and the expressions on her face would change a lot along with being funny at times. Now I feel like the art is making it seem like Edith looks more like an expressionless heroine in other stories that are dainty and a damsel in distress. In the recent chapter, I’d expect Edith to have an expression with her brows furrowed more and be like “wth is this chick doing??” Look like she used to. But her expression comes off as more like “oh no! Why has she done this?” Like those two-faced heroines during an annulment event where the villainess gets accused, while the heroine clings to the man and acts pitiful. I miss the strong stance/expression she used to have.
It’s not just how Edith is portrayed now but Ngl I feel as if the art is lacking in the recent chapters (you can tell very clearly when it comes to killian). I think the best art was in the middle part, which had the most color and details. It doesn’t look like the artist changed nor does it feel like the artist is experimenting with their style. It feels more like they went for a simpler style and may have gotten a bit tired? Makes me wonder if they just want to finish up too lmao. Maybe I’m just assuming cause that’s how I feel after doing a comic, I start out doing my best and being enthusiastic but if i make the story go on for too long, I get bored and become more unmotivated as I reach the ending, and that reflects in my art as well, making me more lazy and the art turns worse/simpler and rushed. It feels like looking at the art now, the artist lost that passion. I could just be wrong though lol
Dude should’ve fr broken up with her. It is pretty wild that the first thing she does is be suspicious as he’s lying in a hospital bed, injuries and all. The friend is shit, she encourages the MC to cheat right after assuming a scenario and makes plans to help her cheat too. The MC truly is shit, she doesn’t give af about anyone but herself, doesn’t care about her bf, just likes the idea of having a hot bf. She doesn’t care for her bf’s safety and didn’t even think of the possibility he could’ve gotten into an accident, and always tries to find problems.
Honestly there’s some confusing things added in near the end that I feel like didn’t tie up. Was there a deeper meaning behind the last few parts or was it the authors intent for the readers to be suspicious as well by throwing in random things like the girl archiving her posts and putting it back up for one day. If that’s the case, that’s pretty smart lmao. Imagine the author thinking, “now imma give ALL YALL the same anxiety and craziness.”

They’re literally fist fighting each other (with mc/josh initiating the first hit), and it looks pretty clear that josh has the upper hand when it comes to fighting or strength in my opinion. What’s interesting to me is that chase is shown to be crazy and violent, and at some points it really feels like he’s just letting josh talk or fight back cause he’s curious to know what josh is gonna do/say. Like after the first time josh talked back, you can see chase just observing him

People freaking out over the violence at the very beginning of their story, is pretty funny to me lmaooo. If that’s as far as the violence goes, this is pretty tame compared to those other stories where they genuinely had thoughts to murder and torture the mc’s. In the world of red flags, he’s a bottom tier of crazy. So far the violence feels along the lines of “if you come near me I’ll kill you.” To anyone lol.

Just started reading and dayumm the OG heroine is a baddie. Looks like it hints the OG heroine has another life/rewind time just from what she said in chapter 1 alone. So hopefully she just planned to live differently this time and has her own happiness
Also I LOVEEE the island setting and the architecture. First time seeing this in a historical/magic manhwa.
I don’t particularly like the plot twist of the souls being merged. But it looks like it has always been arrie/aryka that ML fell for in the end. If you look at the chapters you’ll see half of arrie’s soul flew away and secretly got out of the bag to go back into his comatose body. The other half of arrie’s soul was still captured along with yoen’s soul right next to it. They were mistakenly put into the wrong gate and it looks more like instead of yoen becoming a mix of arrie, it feels more like yoen gave his soul to let arrie live again. So if you think about it the half soul rejoined the half in the comatose body, so now arrie has his soul 100% back, but also added onto that with yoen’s few features.
If vince thought arrie was more like yoen and feel only for that, he would’ve shown him thinking of the resemblance but he didn’t think that way. Plus arrie acted differently from yoen, they’re completely different.
Looking forward to this since the novel had pretty good reviews, saying it’s nicer than kiss me liar, same with the ML being better than the ML in kiss me liar. No rape, though there is violence and the ML is of course an ass in the beginning. ML apparently has a bad view of rape and is scared of the thought it may have even happened when he heard how their kid was made. ML got trauma as well and MC understands him. Looks like unlike kiss me liar’s MC, these two are kinda similar in build and MC does fight back. So it’s kinda on an equal strength level compared to kiss me liar where the ML there holds power over mc.
Novel readers also say their relationship is pretty sweet and fluffy, and ML also is sweet once he opens up to MC.
