ML basically confirming the belief of disappointment everyone else in his life has previously showed towards him. All the while this fight is happening, he’s just clueless and confused on what to do or think. It honestly makes me feel like MC should get an actual diagnosis to his condition, so then he could explain to people right off the bat, why he thinks the way he does.
Ngl I liked the beginning artstyle better. The newer one is still good but significantly simplified. The old art feels like the artist’s actual style in previous works and was detailed. If you compare the way the faces are drawn, the beginning art had more detail in the hair, eyes, eyebrows- where you can see the actual hairs. I also think ML looked hotter back then lol
It looks like the artist didn’t change so I wonder if this was just a stylistic choice or maybe the artists decided to simplify their art in order to get chapters out faster? (Reminds me of lumine where the artist did that to satisfy readers wanting quicker uploads).

Also to add on, anyone may correct me if they have the exact chapter to what it said- but I don’t remember seeing anything about the FL RAISING them???? Chapter 22 shows that they hardly know ANYTHING, not her name, face, etc. about her. Which proves to me that they interacted with the bare minimum purpose of just TEACHING. Chapter 39, in FL’s words she TRAINED them, not RAISED them. Ppl are acting like they saw a scene of her acting like a whole mother, and feeding kids, letting them live in her house, etc. The disciples hardly know anything about her and just mentioned her teaching them. And ppl are questioning why she cares for Claude but not her disciples? Maybe cause one is an actual child of her beloved friend and she actually is helping raise vs already grown students whom she only taught when it came to magic.
Instead of people feeling bad for the disciples, notice the amount of people they were willing to hurt in order to fulfill their own selfish wishes. They didn’t even care about their master’s own wish. They have an unhealthy obsession which even was pointed by themselves. It is not the FL’s obligation nor fault that people decided to be obsessed?? And also the equivalent these disciples are doing is like being taught by a teacher who they like, and then when they resign from the job, they decide to stalk them and cause havoc just to get the teacher by their side again.

Well this story was anti-climatic lmaoo. And the cover and one of the comments saying its a love triangle is pretty misleading. Literally nothing happened and one chapter of the one in the middle and the rival, something occurred- but neither knew anything about each other well or gave af about each other.
Although I will say, I do like the part where the friend/brother ended up getting in a relationship with the rival, which was unexpected.
I’m not bothered by the lack of conflict, if anything I was getting stressed out at thinking of how much conflict there could be so I’m relieved that there was literally nothing to worry about. The only thing I do wish for, was there to be actual development of the villain not just a suddenly flip of the switch and he cares about the brother. Like idk, would’ve been nice to have him grovel over the brother for being so icky both in his purpose of using him and his own sleeping around with others. Though I guess the brother isn’t unaware of it, and they probably are not an actual normal relationship, the whole not being open about him being active with others was bleh.
Brett’s eyes be SPARKLING in the latest chapter. It’s like he got that anime scene where their eyes shine once they realize they’re in love. And it’s a whole chapter with those eyes too lmao

It looks like the reincarnation of “One” is already born? He got yet another sad backstory/life. Not sure though since I didn’t bother translating it, but he looks the exact same as a kid. And it’s hinting for some sort of connection between him and the prince. Hope they become friends.

Literally even after they got sexually intimate, MC just went right back to being cold, getting mad 24/7. Also the fact that ML is trying to protect MC, yet MC doesn’t listen and always gets into danger lmao. I don’t remember the actual amount of times, but so far I can remember 2 times MC basically is about to be hurt and ML had to save him each time. It’s very clear ML likes him and has always expressed that. MC is the one that keeps putting the distance between them. Like they could be happy one moment, MC cold the next. The only reasons I could remember ML acting distant/cold was all for MC’s well-being. It’s already been shown MC is an easy target for multiple dangers, so his precaution isn’t unwarranted. MC also can’t protect or defend himself against any of those dangers
