Yup, that transmigrator is too immersed in her character. It does not even make sense. Immersed to the point of forgetting that she ain't actually part of this world to begin with and that she possesses greater knowledge of the events surrounding her... I am confused when she is dumbfounded before events she should already know the cause/consequences/culprit... but decides... out of... naivety to undertake the less desirable course of actions because "the show must go on".
I think it may be more of a fact that in the novel Azela was the main character, so probably the brainwashing etc. wasn’t actually proved. So she doesn’t know. You know, one of those plots where protagonist is actually a villain and vice versa. But I totally agree with her being too immersed in her character, like that’s just a plot and possible future, it didn’t actually happen

Y'all saying it's not realistic but like. Idk sometimes wild pack animals will pick up a lost cub or baby and take care of it if they aren't hungry. Especially if they find the smaller animal cute so maybe it's not that crazy? I also feel like a dog would be more easily overwhelmed by cuteness than any other animal. More prone to just giving up and being like "awwww okay " like if she went to most other territories she probably would have died but she happened to go to the loyal and kind wolves. omg omg omg Izek is so perfect like he doesn't even need to be talked about, its clear the author looked up the definition of a perfect man and then created the character Izek based on the search results. But my poor baby Ruby something is stirring inside her. its interesting to see peoples limits. all that fear she once felt for her brother is quickly turning into rage. and I think if he had done this earlier it might have worked for him but Ruby, she's been in love with Izek for a while now so all she is is pissed. its like one move undid 15 years of brain washing and I love that for her. not the kiss I hate that but the spell being broken was necessary
her unironically equating this basically 35 to 40 year old man emotionally to a 5 year old made me actually feel really bad for him. matched with the flashbacks of him being so horribly depressed after ascending the throne and the anxiety he gets when the fever starts too come. I feel bad I totally was thinking he was a genuine sociopath but he's just traumatized. He seems to have a full range of emotions he just wasnt taught to care about others.

I think that having multiple wives is legal it’s just heavily frowned upon so no one does it. That’s why he’s so hesitant when it comes to announcing her as his mistress. Even though he knows it’s legal he just doesn’t want the backlash that will come from announcing the fact that he has two wives.
