I just realized. In the scene during the first life where the mc was sitting in front of a vanity desk, she asked her mom “U won’t do ath bad to me right?”. The mc’s intuitions are so accurate, she must have known things would go bad if she married. Yet, she still chose to believe her mom and willingly ignored the thing that kept her alive all these years. That is just so sooo sad (༎⌑༎)

I can’t help but feel that there might still be misunderstandings with the letters. Like how Karel never got the letter Sasya wrote before he left to start his new life, what if the contents that Julian wrote about Karel in his letters are always intercepted and changed somehow? Like, by that Duke’s wife. And maybe the replies were never from Sasya personally. Just the tickets. Because it just doesn’t make sense to me how Sasya could cut off Karel so completely when even if he didn’t love him the way Karel did, he still had strong feelings for him, not to mention the murder. The way Sasya reacted to learning of Karel’s murder and how he’s starting to start over again with him now didn’t feel like he has been trying to forget about Karel up until that moment. And Sasya wrote in his letter to Karel that he would meet him if Karel ever wanted to so it doesn’t make sense that he won’t even acknowledge Karel’s existence now. Maybe I’m being a complete delulu right now and just grasping for straws here. Regardless, I’m still sticking by this theory until I have Sasya’s pov for those moments and am proven completely wrong.┗( T﹏T )┛

Ahh… the lil girl might be Haena’s daughter. She looks like that scum. An adorable female version.
