I don't know how much you know about anal sex, but it's pretty common knowledge that the 1st time is the hardest and usually hurts at least a little. So the "nooo", if it was actual dialogue, could've just as easily been because the penetration hurt a bit, this is how 1st time gay anal is and its actually better to keep thrusting because the continued movement opens them up quicker. That's why in a lot of yaoi manga the seme will say "this may hurt for a little bit, but just try to bear with it for a sec", if you stop thrusting the hole tightens and it hurts when you're pulling your dick out because of the friction, if you keep thrusting the hole stays loose.
