It’s not always sci fi. It’s easy to understand and you can even skim through those stuff.
Easy to understand. It does have a few science-y explanations for some of the technology but you'll be ok even if you don't fully understand those parts.
Ugh finally had the time to finish the novel and all I can say is Yeonwoo is the most badass lowkey uke. He brought the entire story Hands down!

It was not shown here but in the novel, the stepmom actually forbid KS's bro (Juhwan) to show himself but since he is an arrogant lil btch, he went there to see who YW is. Going back to the kidnapping, Cho Sungkyun (CS) took Yeonwoo somewhere and there he beat him and threathened to mark him. But since YW is smart he managed to get something to free his hands beat the mf and planned an escape. Kim Shin was kinda late coz ofc he was already on the plane, he felt something off so went back. The red hair guy was when he was about to go where YW was taken was suddenly called by Seunghan (KS's friend) to go to the Alpha club with them. Learning that KS will be there he was shocked bec he thought KS left Korea. So when KS arrived at the place Yw is no longer there and when he caught CS he beat him up . KS went to Minah to look for YW. Turn out YW contacted Minah using CS's laptop coz Minah is someone they wouldnt think YW would seek refuge to. KS confronted Minah who was still clueless but eventually told YW's whereabouts (hospital). KS did not go there instead dragged CS to the Alpha club and there he beat him up to death. He threathened people who are there that if they touch his omega He would off them. red hair who was confronted and cornered by Seunghan, jumped outside of the building bec of fear. He went in a coma and was also offed by KS bec he was legally allowed to remove his life support. Juhwan went to hiding abroad and KS' father is furious at him bec he wants KS to spare Juhwan. BTW, KS is not criminally liable to off the 2 alpha. I dont want to spoil why.
Next events are KS struggles of hiding that he offed CS and redhair, meeting the parents, grampa and KS' dad meeting his dad, YW's dad reaction to KS, YW reaction when he found out about KS offing the 2 (MY FAVE PART!!), and further further more till marking. lmk if this is enough bestie

There's no marriage or children shown unfortunately which sooo sad. Tho at the end they will be/are living together.
I want to spoil this and I dont want as well hahaha coz Yeonwoo was bad ass in this scene and how it happened. But what I can tell is this is what dragged the story a bit. Kim Shin was walking on eggshells coz he is aftaid Yeonwoo will leave him when he learns that he killed Cho Sugkyun and removed the life support of Red hair.
here are some parts that I can spoil
- KS ordered his grampa to meet up with Yeonwoo dad like meet the parents stuff- something happened here
- YW's dad did not approve of their relationship bec of what happened in the meet up. They become like Romeo and Juliet setting for sometime
- There are 2 more people who will have a crush with YW but this will not make any conflict between the 2. Bestie I also love this part coz it's kinda bittersweet for me.
- Yeonwoo is like the ones who will make a way to resolve all the conflicts that's happening. I swear he carried the entire story.
that guy is referring to Sohan's dad for sure. Sohan mentioned before (forgot what chapter) that he looks very much like his dad. He said Sohan reminds him of his son MAYBE he is Sohan's grandfather or something.
