The flow and characters of this one are so all over the place my head can't keep up. Everyone has a twisted personality aside from the sister and step brother and the only redeeming quality is the art.
Which is really sad seeing as I love Burlesque Night so much. This work is just--not doin' it for me.(● ̄(エ) ̄●)

They aren't "suddenly" going to the beastmen country--it's more than likely that the fruit they are talking about is something that can help stabilize Kouichi's current condition. Whatever he drank was probably something he wasn't supposed to drink and the fruit that can only be found in the other country can help neutralize it's effects.
Also, it's more than likely that the beastfolk either;
A. go into heat at night.
B. turn into actual beasts at night.
Which are both really good reasons as to why they would need to get indoors ASAP. Kouichi still isn't in good condition and Caius--even tho he is a titan and the strongest knight they have--is still only one person. He wouldn't be able to fend off an entire village full of beastfolk if either of those options happened.

After learning about what titans are and about the 9 Titans of Ymir I just kinda laugh 'cause even if they killed Eren who was the supposed "last titan" there'd just be born another human who would inherit that ability. Or at least from what I remember from the series. It makes sense since Eren Kruger and Grisha both called it the "Curse of Ymir." You can't ever get rid of it. The same goes for any of the other 9 Titans as well. So them executing Eren was pretty fruitless. Now they get to take a gamble on what kind of person will inherit the Attack Titan's powers.
