JUST LETTING YOU KNOW I DO NOT CONDONE WHAT HE HAS DONE IN TERMS OF THE WHOLE RAPE THING. THAT IS UNCALLED FOR AND HONESTLY HE COULD HAVE GONE ABOUT IT ANOTHER WAY. YET AGAIN, NOT CONDONING IT.
Now, onto my point. *ahem*
You guys seem to think the psychological point of this is really fucked up but I've seen it a number of times where the "yandere" trope is actually praised or seen as "sexy" even if it is a female. (e.i. Yuno Gasai from Mirai Nikki. I can't tell you how many times I've heard men AND women alike call her "waifu" material.) What he does to the people around his brother is stereotypical yandere behavior and even a bit more tame than what most female yans do. I've seen ones where they actually KILL the people involved with their love and go as far as to legitimately mind break the person they are in love with to the point where that person can no longer live without the yan. Yet all this kid does is keep his brother from engaging in illegal activities (prostitution with older men) and keep away the people who are only after his brother's body. The only person that was probably even a little bit innocent was Tamura and he was mostly collateral in the yan's wake. If anything he had it coming even more than the others 'cause he wouldn't back off and he was the one his brother had the most interest in protecting. And the part where he chains his brother up for a while is 'cause he was scared of him running off again. Another stereotypical yan behavior. At least he let his brother go to school and go run errands with him. I've seen female yans lock up their lovers to the point of near death but ohhhh nooooo that's "kinky" and "sex goals." *sighs*
But I could just be numb to this all since I've watched anime longer than most of the people here have been alive. I personally don't take offense to the behavior just 'cause I've seen how people react to it if it's a female. (I'M LOOKING AT YOU DOKI DOKI LITERATURE CLUB.) It's just frustrating that you guys are so quick to be like "oh nooooo that's so wrong" like geeeee guys aren't allowed to be psychotic too 'cause "toxic masculinity" has become a term everyone knows. A guy kidnaps his lover and he's labeled a sex offender but a girl kidnaps her lover and she's just really crazy about the person and insecure. Sheesh.
love triangle bs.
I always want the person who is in love with the idiot MC to end up with the idiot MC. And unless Kei can prove himself more worthy and actually put forth some effort in the later chapters then I don't think he is the right one for Ryou. I mean-- yeah he's having sexual relations with Ryou but Yuto was the one that brought him to where he is now. He might not know about Ryou's sexual orientation but he was the first to reach out and I get the feeling that if he hadn't and Ryou didn't become what he had become in high school then Kei wouldn't have fallen for him. It's just the cycle of how these things go. I bet he'd say something like "I wish I would have met you before Yuto did so I could've made you fall in love with me." Blegh. Get that third rate bs out of here. (● ̄(エ) ̄●)

Psycho-analyze a fictional character based on things you read about on the internet.
You'd think you would've heard of cross-dressers or drag queens/kings.
There are CIS people out there that do feel more comfortable or feel like a style is more their aesthetic than others. Quit being silly. (● ̄(エ) ̄●)
