If you have an account and you don't want to see this topic become the mess that it was a few weeks back, please consider hitting the 'report' button and telling Mangago that the post is spamming and trolling.
Mangago blocked anon here for two weeks and it was paradise.
Some anon posting are truly inoffensive, just wanting to give their two cents without provoking any fight but if you are familiar with the pattern, some people like to go anon to provoke reactions and boy, do they get it ... because, of course, if you attack people or can't criticize the story without criticizing the readers who enjoy it, they will respond with trolling back.
Sure, there is always option to ignore the trolls and works in average trolling but if you know what I am talking about, it got so bad in here that you had to skip several pages to escape the anon fightings and trolling each other.
It worked the first time so if the accounts make an effort and start reporting these anon spamming ( especially the ones clearly written anon to get an edge, be bitter or pick a fight with other side).
Honestly, it would be awesome if Mangago got rid of anon one day. More times than others, it's just a way for people to be nasty, entitled or disruptive and get away with it.

Can I ask which post(s) was shaming and attacking other readers? I'm seriously curious.
I see all the time people giving examples that others used arguments like "when you like rape plots you support rape irl". I have to say I have NEVER seen posts like that in my life.
Can someone link me such posts?

I'll let other point to you if they wish. I know better than put my finger in this wasp nest. I'm pretty sure I saw people being called sick here just because they candidly defended their taste for the particular plot.
I hardly ever reply to anon posts even if I agree with them or single out any posts I don't like, even if sometimes I suspect I know who is behind some anon posts.
My post was just to suggest that if there are more accounts who do not enjoy the anon fighting, to consider reporting the spamming because I really don't think there are many reasons to post anon if you have an account ... except of course if your intention is exactly to troll.

All I have seen were attacks on people with different opinions. They didn't have to even shame others users. Saying "I don't ship Seungho with Nakyum" or calling the sex scenes rape are enough reason to be attacked and dragged by other users and one haunted anon who is attacking non stop few users who probably had different opinion than her/him.
I think it's not ok to "purify" comment section so only one opinion is the correct one.
I absolutely don't support shaming and degradation of other users. But I noticed even neutral (towards other users) posts about plot are received as attack.

I'm sorry I'm going to stop you right there.
You are not going to use my post to create yet more drama about what I am trying to avoid.
You want to score any argument with any particular anon or account who you feel was unfair or victimized you, please go create your own post.
By the way, I don't want to 'purify' comment section with only one opinion, I sure hope people keep posting whatever they want using an account. This seems to be the most honest way to express something and then give others the chance to see who they are talking to. As I said, to me, the only reason one posts as anon when they can do it with an account is to troll and try to get away with it.
I want the anon fighting gone - shippers and non shippers -- because no one can read anything else when they start doing this.
If you didn't understand my post, I don't know how can I make it any clearer.
If you are not bothered by the anon spamming, or if you are bothered only by the ones who you don't agree with, this post is not for you.

I agreed with you completely to the moment
"because, of course, if you attack people or can't criticize the story without criticizing the readers who enjoy it, they will respond with trolling back".
I have seen anons or users just stating their opinion without criticising anyone and still were attacked and trolled.
But all in all it would be for the best if anons would be blocked once again.
Have a nice day.

As I said, I have seen plenty of shaming, including people getting called sick when they said they were shipping the MCs.
To be fair, it is not easy to put an argument against rapist and victim without some form of judgement towards the people who tolerate it.
Your intention was to make me single out people here, just like you were trying to do to score off with a particular anon or anons that got under your skin.
Pretending that that are not shaming happening is just as dishonest as to say that shippers don't target the opposite side with the same nasty dose of trolling.
I really don't have much patience for people being disingenuous but thank you anyway for stopping by my post.
Have a nice day too!

All I know is that it seemed to have worked a few weeks back.
The interesting part is that when anons were blocked, you had shippers and non shippers accounts posting and even interacting. Once in a while people argue but most people usually ignore others they disagree with because, really, people don't like confrontation when they can be traced. People tend to reply to others they agree with and leave the other side in peace when using account. I noticed as well some accounts I never saw posting before. So I don't know if all these people where anons and came forward or if the anons spamming was turning people oof who just avoided the topic section.
Anyway, I actually have no idea how Mangago decides on the blocking. It may not work again.

I've been reporting any and every anon post I've seen. Even the ones I agree with. Since yesterday this comment section has been pure shite. A full on abuse of the anon option. Any other comment section has maybe one anon post a page or two. This isn't normal behaviour at all. I can even pin point two anon users, but I don't want to call names.
Commenting in anon while having an account is like the biggest pu$$y move ever in my opinion. You are already hidden with an account, what more do you need? Afraid of getting banned? Only the ones guilty of doing something wrong are.

Thank you for the update!!!
Doumeki and Yashiro keep getting even sexier, how's that possible?
Yashiro really has a violent streak on him, I don't want to admit it but Yakuza boss does sound a good match for him. I wonder if he could beat anyone to death with a bat... somehow I think he would prefer it to just put a bullet on them.
Come to think of it, if he has been Yakuza all these years, he probably already killed people, right?
Doumeki is not that little bird anymore.... I don't know if I feel happy or sad.
So he has been keeping tabs on Yashiro all this time, I wish it was the other way around , it hurts to see Doumeki always the chasing one. How can Yashiro just never check if he's alright? I refuse to believe it.
Anyhow, so short but so good!!!

Just for fun, tried to use Korean online keyboard + google translate and of course what we see in the raws, a very unreliable translation for chapter 35 below. I mean, take it with lots of salt. Spoilers....
1- Nakyum scene: NK is crouching alone in a room so Seungho did let him go after all. NK is shaking and with his usual 'about to cry' face. The phrases, words seems to be 'am I scared? Why so anxious?' Maybe also a part from Seungho's words to him about crying(?) So, it seems NK gathering his thoughts and probably very confused because after all Seungho being unpredictable (like letting him go) is almost scarier than Seungho doing what he was expected to do (force him to stay).
2- Seungho + Old Servant scene: Old guy comes to the room with breakfast. Seungho sitting with his head between his knees. Empty bottles, smoking pipe, open books. The servant comments Seungho hadn't been sleeping well (and eating?) for days. (restless Seungho because of his lowborn). Seungho starts to dress for the day. Walks to a window, looks outside. He says st like 'Why he doesn't learn/can learn?' or 'does he ever learn?'. The servant looks confused but we get to see that he's watching Nk and IH talking outside. NOTE: I'm not sure if Seungho meant 'He knows I can't stand this dude and still goes flirting in from of me' or some version of 'Why can't he learn this mane is a poser?' or 'Why can't he get this guy doesn't care for him?'. I think it's the first version.
3- Nakyum + Inhun scene: Inhun explaining why he didn't visit NK (didn't get much what excuse he made).... NK says he's okay now. He talks about his medicine, doctor he had. Inhun looks suspicious(?) surprised(?) that Seungho paid all that for NK.. He thinks/says it's because Seungho really likes the paintings (sure). Before leaving, he says something about what keep doing your job ( or remember what I asked? ) He says goodbye, take care. All this convo we get Nakyum very docile, blushing in his puppy love way to Inhun. Inhun also touches him a lot in this scene.. patting his head and even touches his face. (Imagine Seungho seeing all that, lol. )
4- Seungho + Nakyum: Inhun leaves. Before NK turns around, Seungho is behind him, leaning against a wall, with a sword. He says something..'about to cut him/I'm glad'... I think the meaning being 'good that he left before I killed him'. He then closes the gap, corners NK against the wall ( classic Seungho). NK grows nervous, doesn't make eye contact. Nakyum: 'Why this?' or 'Why do you do this'? ...Seungho pauses then asks 'What's so good?' (any of these: 'What's so good about Inhun?' or 'Why do you like him so much?' or 'What's so special about him'? ). Nakyum doesn't reply but looks surprised. Note ( I think NK reaction is confusion because up until now he must have thought Seungho mocked his feelings for Inhun just to be mean or use it as leverage to get what he wanted. Seungho subdued asking why he likes the other guy (and not him?) so much looks like so much like resentment and envy ) Seungho opens his mouth to say or ask something else and closes again. He then asks about a painting. NK is confused, Seungho clarifies he's asking about the last painting he asked (of the two of them). NK starts stuttering, saying he didn't start it yet ... Seungho has his head tilted against the wall and gives a soft smile (the highlight of this chapter!) and moves his hand to shuffle NK's hair. NK closes his eyes, maybe he thought Seungho was going to smack him but he's flustered, blushes. Seungho : 'come to my room tonight and bring your stuff'. NK starts panicking, recalling what happened last time, the mirror sex... he starts saying his head is still hurting, his body not well... Seungho is already leaving, with his back to him. Without turning to him, Seungho says 'Don't worry' . I know you're recuperating (or still feverish). I won't touch you' (or something like that). NK stays there with a surprise look again.
5- Seungho + Letter: This scene everyone already figured out. Old servant approaches Seungho with a letter ( from Inspector? Excellence? Lord? His father? ). Some convo about Seungho need to reply. Servant seems to be saying not to ignore it. Seungho thinks a bit but it seems like he throws the letter in the fire without reading it.
Well, I guess, in doubt I inserted wishful thinking in some lines.
Poor Nakyum, just when he figured out what to expect from Seungho, he starts acting so weird and calm... he probably may be thinking Seungho looks even scarier when he can't be predicted to do say or do something?

Seungho is whipped. I think he doesn't know what to do with it. He is acting like the boy with a crush. He lost interest in sleeping around so it's not like he can go look for distraction. The sex with Nakyum also is not enough anymore because he is craving more than his body now, he wants the attention and affection that Nakyum feels for the teacher.
His special treatment of Nakyum is already being noticed, the servants know it, the doctor was curious about a lowborn getting a treatment reserved for lords (hosted in master house and expensive medicines), then Inhun (this one already knows it or he is really dumb) and also the other lords who sleep with Seungho are starting to notice he is different. I wonder if this is the scandal that may be used by Inhun to make Seungho fall. His promiscuous life doesn't seem to affect him around his class and I don't think anybody in that society would care for a master raping a lowborn servant, that probably happened a lot. However, I wonder if in feudal society, a master falling in love with a lowborn and treating him as lover would be accepted, I wonder it has the same effect as a master falling in love with a slave.

Who's ready?
I always have Saezuru releases on my calendar and no matter which other story I'm reading, nothing ever compares to a Saezuru release anticipation.
I think they're gonna meet!! I'm thinking that maybe it will be only in the end of the chapter, like a cliffhanger kind of thing... and what a torture this would be.

Okay, this is confusing because of conflicting scenes but I'm positive that they are not blood related.
1- The point that makes people think they are blood related:
Shun (little brother) mentions that they don't have the same mother. This makes it sound as if they share the same father since he doesn't say the same thing regarding the father.
I don't know but maybe something is missed in the translation or the author left this on purpose to be confusing but everything else that comes after makes the point that they are step brothers not half brothers:
The points that show they are actually step brothers from different parents:
1- In the same conversation, Shun mentions that his mother REMARRIED. Now of course she could have been married before and not have kids but to me this phrase means Shun explaining how he and the other kid got to be brothers through the marriage of their parents.
2- the chapter 2 shows them meeting when kids and Shun getting all excited for having an older brother and Eita (I forgot his name) first impression of Shun as someone who smelled like sun and how he wanted to protect him. So this shows that they become a family and brothers after their parents married, not that Shun was a half brother born after the marriage.
3- The author's note at the end of the chapter 2 where she mentions that at first she thought about making them real brothers ( and half brothers are real brothers) but in the end she chickened out. There are still feelings and idea of incest because they were raised as brothers since kids tough but they are not blood related.

I may get many downvotes if I say this but here it goes. The shippers of this couple do not own any explanation to anyone. Every single person who choses to read this do it at their own risk of discomfort. Imagine start reading something and then expecting others to stop shipping or romancing a couple because you don't like them or feel uncomfortable?
I don't know how many times Yaoi readers in general have to say that just because one engages and enjoys stories and ships like this doesn't mean they condone rape or abuse.
There are many readers who don't ship the MCs but I haven't read one single poster here who is capable of express their opinion without going ten steps further and laying shame to others than do.
How many times the same thing has to be said over and over and even more in a
Yaoi genre? We all have different tastes and this is what makes these kind of moralistic shaming in PON even worse. I have seen people here that apparently enjoy other stories/ships that also have their grain of abuse, yaoi or shounen ai . For whatever reason, they seemed capable to enjoy other 'more friendly' abuse plot, Yet, they become the banner abusive relationship educators in this particular story -- that, by the way, is not even one of the most classic rape plots.
If you enjoy the story for the art or because you want to see Seungho dead or whatever, okay, stay and enjoy as you wish but why the need to put down people who ship the characters? If they want to ship Seungho and Nakyum and fangirl over it and you get sick with it when you are in a story that this is more than expected and common, the problem is not the shippers, it's you --- who can't express your point without making others feel below you and you think others should adjust to make you comfortable to be here.
Nobody is required to stop liking or shipping something just for you to feel better.
If people want to see romance, let them. Its not your problem. If you really think people who ship these two are immorals or stupid, be even better, refrain from making people feel trash, just say a prayer silently thanking the Gods for your higher intellect and morals. Imagine judging people you know nothing about, never saw or talked based on the fact that they ship a Seungho x Nakyum Yaoi story. Life is bigger than this and so it's our morality.
It would be perfect if stories like these were actually locked by a password, like a forbidden room only for 'immoral' perverts. Like an orgy. You don't enter an orgy just to stay there and keep preaching to everyone how nasty they are. I mean, yes, you could be a voyeur and pass silent judgment but that is exactly what you are incapable of doing it. It's not enough that you engaged in a situation that would make you feel uncomfortable, you also feel uncomfortable that others are enjoying and then you NEED to shame them for making you feel uncomfortable when it was your choice to engage in a situation that triggers you.
If you can't post your opinion without shaming others and telling them you have higher MORALS (really? the moral line is shipping rape plot yaoi?) then your argument is already flawed.
Yes, everyone has the right to opinion but somewhat I find it unnecessarily wrong and impolite to go to Shotacon for instance, start a story with a plot I despise and then proceed to hang around chapter after chapter shaming the readers who are shipping the couple and asking them to explain themselves. I can't relate to readers who enjoy Shotacon but I can relate to the idea of respecting people's taste in fiction and knowing my business is not confront them with my particular view, especially if the premise of the story is something I know in advance that I don't like it.
Stop shaming the shippers. Let them see romance. Let them root for the couple. It will not affect your life and if it does affect your enjoyment of the story... again, that is on you to adjust and decide it it's worthy it. If you feel uncomfortable with others shipping something, it's your place to excuse yourself from the situation instead of ask people to adjust to your level of comfort.
Shippers, you don't need to feel shame. Nobody pays your bills, knows your life and what you have been through.

Nowhere in my post I said that people don't have the right to criticize to disapprove, snark or bitch ... about the story. We definitely disagree about the right to 'disapprove' readers or tastes. It's not my business to 'disapprove' of what other readers like it or not. I'm not their mother, priest or God.
If you pay attention to my post I am denouncing the posters who keep shaming shippers. It's a very different level from criticizing story.
No, it's not my right to disapprove of your taste, your preference or your even your morals. I welcome criticism, of a story, a character .... but not at all the self anointment of being the judge of what is moral or appropriate for others and then shame them if they don't fit my own.
If you can't tell the difference between criticizing a story on its own and shaming the readers, I can't explain it better.
Please if you don't like my post or position about shaming readers, you don't need to read it, right?
Sneaking a passionate kiss... 'Hey there' with bedroom eyes ... "I've missed you all day" (when they worked together) ... "I'll cook something good for you tonight" (speeding home)
Who would have thought that Ivan was deep down such a perfect husband material? LOL.
