I didn't bother translating it, but by the looks of it, green haired guy was prolly telling him the reason why he dated him at first, but like had a change of heart and liked him fr, but by the looks of uke's face, he was gravely disappointed and ran away. So by that interpretation, I think he was playing with him at the beginning. If you're curious, that should be between chapters 60-65
